Should I get skyrim f or the PC or xbox? I'm on my PC by far more than I am near my tv and xbox360 but I'm not sure if that's a plus. The laptop can for sure run skyrim. I can run stuff like SC2 on high detail with decent fps on it. What experience difference do you think I would notice? I normally play games on console because I find the mouse and keyboard to be uncomfortable for my hands since I have carpal tunnel. Does skyrim for PC have the option to use a 360 controller or something like that? I did play obllivion on xbox360 though.

Oh and one question about character making. Can I choose the bust size of my character? I normally play female characters because I find it more amusing. But I hate the fact that I have the choice between D or E cups in character selection generally. I would much prefer more....realistic options.

PC. The mods will far outweigh whatever advantages the console version may carry.
Do you perhaps know whether or not there's controller compatibility options? If not...there's always Xpadder.

Built my own PC here. Even without taking mods into consideration, this is a no-brainer. It's just a case of finding that much free time...........
Just consider how powerful your laptop actually is against your Xbox, 'cause you could also hook your lappy up to the TV, innit? HD goodness.
I personally don't settle for less than 60 FPS. Ever.

I don't really believe in the "60fps" or don't bother camp. You aren't going to notice a big difference between say 40 and 60 fps. But that's just me. Maybe I'm just not as refined as other gamers. Who cares.

I settle for 'playable'. If playable is 15FPs, then that's fine with me. If playable has to be 84, then ok, I'll get to 84. Doesn't matter to me what the number is as long as I can play and enjoy the game.
Having the option to use my controller pretty much has me sold. I really hate pc gaming because of keyboard + mouse setups. That's why I refuse to play PC fps...the layouts feel so awkward to me. Otherwise it's great.

PC definitely. Mods, command console, awesome graphics, all that jazz. Even a plain old poll could tell you that.

Hack'n'slashers, driving/flying games and third person games, however, just feel 'right' with a joypad.
Nah, for driving and flight games joypads are okay but nothing compared to sim level controls. Wheels, joysticks, thrustpacks, pedals, yokes and so on. Of course, they do have the downside of taking up room and costing a bit of coin (a full Saitek flight control package can easily cost over $1k and the top level driving control set ups with full manual trans set up - 3 pedal and a seperate geatstick unit instead of having it hang out the side of the steering assembly like an old 3 speed - can run up similar costs).

Of course, these sorts of control set ups are the step before you build a replica of the command deck of the space shuttle or the front half of a formula 1 car in your shed.

Yes, I'm quite certain the PC will have a mod somewhere so you can give your character a good boob job, though not on launch day. Launch day mods will consist of nudey mods and god mode mods. Mostly nudey mods.

In the meantime, if you've got the rig to run it then PC. MAKE CERTAIN that your laptop can run the game very well, then by all means, get it on PC. There isn't any reason not to at all. Not that there isn't anything wrong with the console versions at all, but PC will look better (again, if you've got the rig for it) and you'll always have the option of both M+K and 360 controller. And if you want to play on your couch, then you can plug your laptop up to your TV if it's got an HDMI or VGA port and use your 360 controller, just like a console.

So, any reasons you wouldn't get it on PC if you can run it very well?
There's a pretty big reason for me, I have a great Alienware PC that runs it just fine, the thing is, the PC allows for console commands, and everytime, at some point in the game, I resort to using console cheats like free gold and stuff, and that takes a lot of the gameplay aspect (the economy) out of the game, and a lot of fun with it, plus, I like to use my PC as I play (like now), since they're right next to eachother. The graphics on the Xbox suck for this game, if you've seen the PC version, but, it's a small price to pay for preserving the gameplay quality.

my Xbox can run it with out haveing to lower the graphics (my card sucks hard). that's why I got it for that. also playing on the couch is a lot more comfortable for extended sessions.

there are. I use it sometimes but tbh the mouse+keyboard are better (esp once a DarnifiedUI comes out and unconsolizes it)
