Other than buggy quests? No. But I definitely have used the console a lot for buggy quests, oh boy. I also have a friend who screwed up the main questline by forgetting to loot the dragonstone in Bleak Falls Barrow - and when he came back it had gone! I had to get the additem code for him so he could continue.
Speaking of bugs, it's kind of stupid that the engine is designed to use more memory the longer it runs, don't you think? (Based off this thread [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.330424-Skyrim-and-Consoles-When-your-reach-exceeds-your-grasp]) And limiting the executable to 2GB of RAM (32-bit) really clinches it. I can only run it for around 5 hours before textures start appearing bright purple and it starts getting really choppy. Granted, I save so often and it takes about 20 seconds to restart the game, so I'm not too worried about it. Still, sucks for those PS3 users - 512MB of RAM, isn't it? I shudder to think how it runs for THEM.
Back on topic: Nah, I haven't used it for cheating and I'm not going to until I start a new character (after exhausting everything possible in my first). And then the modding starts.
I don't find it tempting at all; I've played (and cheated in) Oblivion so much that I'm well aware of what the console is capable of and I've no desire to ruin the gameplay of my first playthrough.
Actually... There was one thing I did, come to think of it, but I don't consider it cheating because I undid it afterwards.
Basically, I gave myself 10,000 gold to buy a house and furniture in Whiterun. It was a lot at the time, and I felt bad for doing it. But a few hours later, as soon as I had another 10,000 gold, I removed 10,000 through the console. So I consider it more of a loan than anything. And now I legitimately have over 200,000 gold and with a maxed Speechcraft and Smithing skill. Piece of cake. Also, I play on the default difficulty (Adept). Which I briefly changed to Novice to kill my first Dragon Priest at level 3 (there was a Dragon at the same time; it was very difficult even on Novice).
