As far as I know, I don't think so. Pretty much follows the same rules as Fallout 3. Children are there, you can hit them for sure, which gets you in trouble, but no deaths.

If you have it on PC (which I don't, I'm 360-ing) then there will probably be a mod to add that in later.
Yup. I'm sure a child-killing mod will exist shortly. There was definitely one for Fallout 3 (Fuck Little Lamplight and all it's asshole inhabitants) so I'm sure a Skyrim one is forthcoming.

Not really. I seriously have like seven notes from Dark Brotherhood's would-be assassins.

I'm starting to think that they only offered to let me join them because they were tired of losing so many Assassins.

Guess it kind of makes sense for them to keep sending them after me, though. My characters name is 'Dark One' and he is currently a servant of a Daedric Prince. Have a really badass soul-stealing mace, too.

I probably would experience these things if:

1) My boyfriend wasn't playing all the time

AND

2) Skyrim didn't randomly crash half the fucking time.

Vampire aids.
Lol.
I like that, but I think the 'proper' word for it is 'porphyric haemophilia.' Spelling might not be right.

Hmm. I just had a thought that a 'vampire aids awareness' campaign as part of a viral marketing thing for a vampire game would be cool :D

3. Giants suck. One hit and you get to experience a birds-eye view of Skyrim... well a corpse-birds-eye view...
giants are awesome, kite them and they drop epic loot

alternatively when you get a full set of dragon, just walk up to them and stuff a sword through their skull
i got an awesome kill animation first time i tried this

( currently rocking 370 health and 390 armour, and 70+ damage sword and i'm quite sure you can get allot more!
they barely scratch me before they learn the word annihilation )

and if you want a protip for levelling your smithing to get dragon armour, go to mines ( take a pickaxe.. ) and dig up gold ore and iron ore and make it into gold rings and daggers
they use the least other materials, and are reasonably light.

I get four kinds of crashes.

1. The "good" kind. I crash to Windows, then game resumes. Nothing is lost.
2. The "bad" kind. I crash with Driver Failed.
3. The "ugly" kind. Game freezes and I have to shut it down, happened only once so far.
4. The "fuck this shit" kind. Game just closes. Without any messages.

What do they drop for you? (I don't need to kite them, but...the best thing I've gotten from a Giant is a Giant's Toe. Which isn't that great. I did use it to craft a vial of Poison of Weakness to Poison, though. Which was weird.)

Found a vampire hole (At level 1;it was a Bastion). Easily killed everyone inside and navigated the traps. Except the boss vamp. Instagib. One activation of God Mode later,I discover the guy's armed with...A mundane Iron Mace. So...He taken down a hundred health...With one stroke from the weakest mace in the game?

But I digress. One new character later,I'm gutting things with twin daggers and I'm already level 8. No dragons yet,and I'm holding onto my magical items, because I heard you can break them down at enchanting tables to expand your enchanting capabilities. I even bought a robe that buffs Restoration and Magicka regen for the express purpose of breaking it down.

Also, pickpoketing? Difficult. I couldn't take a bottle of mead from a bandit's pocket until I fed him his own kidneys. However,it IS rewarding to kill every Dragur in sight with a pair of daggers, and a nifty flourish.

I stole a horse from some bandits and rode all the way to a town, jumped off the horse to kill a random enemy following me, and jumped back on the horse. Well the guards chased me down and fined me 50 gold for stealing a horse....

Also I killed a chicken in a town and the entire village came after me like I had killed it's village leader, no prompt to pay a fine, just everyone started attacking.

Please tell me that's just PC D:
I played 12 hours straight yesterday on the 360 with no issues aside from Giants flinging me into the sky.
That's how they work. They're giants. Uberstrong.

Do you think thats a shout out to oblivion? In the dark brotherhood in oblivion there's a woman who says that they only offered for her to join after she killed a few of em.

Also by servant of a daedra... is it like with the statues you can talk to in oblivion or is there an actual daedra prince you can interact with properly :D?

giant's toes ( poison if i recall correctly )

100+ gold

and ive had an enchanted breastplate + 40 health + 50 armour
an enchanted sword 27 damage + 20 fire damage
a bracer of 17% bonus smithing
a staff of flames ( sets things on fire, just like a spell )
plenty of mammoth cheese ( gives health and stamina bonuses )
and their chests quite often have gems
ive cleared all the camps i find, it's always very profitable!

Disembodied voice. He hasn't talked to me in a while, though. Said he was off to torture some souls that I sent to Oblivion for him.
