Combat looks pretty boring, I had hoped Bethesda would be going with directional attacks and parry this time around, take a few notes from those few games out there which make first-person melee fun. But instead it looks like a rather simplistic clicky affair though to be fair the dual-wielding mechanic is neat and I look forward to seeing what combinations of different spells might do.
AI doesn't exactly look the brightest either and I really, really hope they mean it when they say 'hand crafter dungeons' because Oblivions were just mind-numbingly repetitive and boring.
Beyond those looks good however. Fantastic visuals despite being the 360 version from what I can tell and already I'm more a fan of the setting than Oblivions generic-fantasy-land. Nice sound design, much better animations, neat looking inventory and skill screens.
I wont buy it day one, but I've got high hopes.
