reach mathematical cap lvl 70
cap lvl is 81, used the console to calculate it on a dud char, maxed all skills. you get halfway to 82 when everything is 100.

OT: do all quest, then kill everyone.

I am going to collect and read every book and then build a library.
Yeah that is a pretty insane project. Though I have a simular one. I am keeping every book until I've actually read or skimed it. I love the back story and universe building they put into the books, but sometimes I just want to crawl the next cave. But I also want the money, so I don't plan to collect them all, but I have about 90 books right now waiting to be read before they are sold.

after playing the game regularly till i feel i've seen all i want to see, start playing it as if it had a hardcore mode:

can only have one save at a time, if you ever die its game over and you have to start again with a new character, unless it was due to a bug/power_outage. Keep a graveyard list of all failed attempts. A skyrim Roguelike.

Break into every Thalmor abode I can find and leave a skull and deathbell on their pillows, to let them know I'm coming for them.

To actually play it for over 100 hours. I don't think I've ever actually cracked 100 hours in a Bethesda game, though I've come very close. In the 90's for Oblivion and New Vegas, and maybe 85 for Fallout 3.

And Oblivion was a lost opportunity, because I never got around to Shivering Isles.

It started out as a project, but now I can't stop hoarding. I haven't sold anything, just the chest in breezehome is getting fuller and fuller.

Well, unless you count always arranging bears into dancing poses after I kill them.
..I need help. O.O
You don't need Skyrim for dancing bears, friend. I discovered this a while back:

Be sure to watch it twice, it's one of those things that's awesomer the second time.

Anyway, probably a library. An organized one. Not sure when I'll get round to it, though.

Jesus, when I'm actually bored of Valdyr, I may actually try this. I can keep a cool log of the fallen.

Well, I have a list.

1. Complete all guild quest lines.
2. Get all shouts.
3. Get all houses.
4. Get all DLCs. (More houses please!)
5. Complete most of the quests. (Gonna be long. X_X)
6. Make my guy into the most famous person EVER.
7. Build a collection of weapons, armor and treasure.
8. Become a God, Dedric Lord, Emperor, High King or Ward of Skyrim/any hold.
9. Rebuild the Blades.
10. Get and use all the spells.

I probably have more but thats most of it for now.

Seems easy compared to getting all the books. xD
