Mostly I'm looking for a place that takes Dragon Bones and Scales at near their full price. I've tried selling in Whiterun, but none of the shops or traders ever have enough cash to take all of the bones off of me. They're heavy, but they are damn valuable. Where do you sell your crap?

I mostly keep mine in my house for dragon armor later. Early on, I sold mine at Whiterun. You just have to wait for the vendors to restock their cash then sell how much you can before they run out of cash. (Their cash resets every morning.)

As for near their full price, it depends on your speech skill/perks, not the vendors as far as I am aware.

Remember also if they have anything that you want, like soul games, weapons, armour, spell books, etc, that you can buy stuff from them first to increase how much cash they have.

Get your speachcraft skill up for better prices. There are no buyers that have a lot of money, so it's best to sell a few at a time.
Hmm. Alright, I'll try that. I've been focusing on getting my smithing up, but speechcraft would make both easier.

Buying and selling items will do this for you. I would put at least 1-2 perks in barter prices as the money you get will help raise your speech even more. Additionally, I bought an amulet that helps me sell for even more.
