Skyrim- your dual weapons choice

What weapons will you pick to have equipped at the same time?

For me, it would be (if possible) two shields. If not, a shield and my fist.

EDIT: New one from you guys, dual forks. One to stab and the other to nom nom nom away.

Definitely think that I'm going to dual wield two spells, not sure what two, either that, or if they introduce crossbows as well as bows, maybe have like two small crossbows.

Two fighting picks if they're in the game, which I very much doubt they will be. In their absence any sort of meaty axe will suffice. Maces would work for me too, I have a thing for weapons that deliver crushing or hacking blows over the slicey slicey of swords.
