A large T shirt and underwear + fleece pants if it isn't summer and hot.
As for sleeping patterns. When I have school I go to bed at 11 PM and get up at 7am.
If I don't have school then I don't have any real sleeping patterns. I go to bed when I'm tired (which can be from 10pm to 4am) and get up when I feel like it (which can be whenever).
And sometimes I nap during the day.
