I would love to see a Maya Fey: Ace Attorney.

Also, Waluigi doesn't have main titles because he's not a Nintendo character. I think he was made by either by Hudson or Camelot as a doubles partner for Wario.

EDIT: Fumihide Aoki from Camelot made Waluigi. So he's probably not going to see his own game anytime soon, just a bunch of cameos.
If you haven't heard, Waluigi's in the new Golden Sun for the DS. This is totally true and not something that I made up just now.
Considering both are property of Camelot, I am inclined to accept this. But my skeptic still asks: proof or it didn't happen.
Or it could be, you know, something that I just made up. Or maybe Waluigi is the opitional boss in the next Golden Sun, but you didn't hear that from me.
Okay, of course I didn't.

...also, please ignore the men in suits standing behind you RIGHT NOW.

I must agree with the people who have said Arbiter, the Arby levels in Halo 2 were my favorite levels out of the entire series.

Daisy was the princess you had to save in one of the Game Boy Mario titles, but it would be nice to see her get more screen time. While Luigi's mansion was fun, he needs his own action-adventure game, and not just as the asshat that dies countless times while you try to complete Super Mario Galaxy. Given the way Daisy's been portrayed, you could have a game where you get to play as Daisy and Luigi as they explore the world.
I know that Daisy was involved in a Mario platformer, but it's the only one she's involved with! Hell, Pauline was involved in more than that!

I think that Luigi's Mansion 2 should be an action title. With platforming bits, of course. I just imagine Burton-esque reimaginings of the levels from Mario 64 with Luigi and a vaccuum cleaner. Call me odd, but I'd buy that.
Well, given Luigi's Final Smash, Burton-esque is probably where you start. I think you need to take away the gadgets if you have an action title with any Mario characters, though, as it not what people want to do in those games. I was thinking about a cool thing that could be done with a Mario RPG to give the supporting cast more face time. If you had a FFI type game, you could have Mario as the tank, Peach as the white mage, Luigi as the black mage and Daisy as the thief. I think that would be a cool way to develop the characters a little more. It wouldn't even have to be a full game, it could just be something for one level.
If you ditch the Poultergust, you ditch what makes Luigi's Mansion Luigi's Mansion. I think the vacuum should be worked into clever platforming and environmental puzzles. Example: You use your vaccuum to pull at a tree. The tree bends down and gets stuck in the vacuum. If you walk backwards doing this, you can keep the tree down. If you stop walking back, the tree would shoot you upward to reach an otherwise insurmountable height. Alternatively, you can shut off the vacuum, and have the tree fling itself on an unexpecting enemy. There could be many uses for the Poultergust if you think about it.
I think that the Poultergust would be better as a power-up instead of something you always have. Given that Mario has about a hojillion power-ups now, it wouldn't be out of the ordinary. Also, I think that Luigi's electric attacks should be showcased outside of the DS RPGs.

I wouldn't mind an exploration of Luigi's electrical abilities, but it doesn't belong in a Luigi's Mansion game. Perhaps more of a puzzle-platformer that utilizes elemental properties.

I disagree. If Luigi has to use the Poltergust to solve platforming puzzles, then his game would be truly unique from other platformers. It would be interesting.

Hmm, that's strange. I guess my hitmen are lost then--I know they've been trained against any form of muffin-based weaponry.

So, where are they?

I don't know if you could get a full game, but a revisiting of that world would be really cool.

If it's a Luigi's Mansion game then he could use it to turn on lights and other things. It would also be nice to have a way to stun the random ghosts that appear when you simply want to wander around the mansion.

The point of the game was to turn on lights be removing the ghosts from the area, and the flashlight stunned them. No need for electrical powers, although you could probably add an Electric Spirit which gives his vaccuum the ability to shoot lightning bolts.

As long as it wouldn't just be a new name for telekinesis, the Poultergust would be cool. Having an entire game based around it, though, leaves me with doubts.

I know that the flashlight stuns the ghosts, but near the end of the game having a way to deal with all the ghosts in a room at once would be nice. I would be like in the Mario RPGs where you can insta-kill enemies that are much weaker than you instead of having to fight them.

Only in Neopets. Bran muffins are actually quite powerful.

The Eletric Spirit could act as a weapon against multiple foes. Plus, when he shoots electricity out of his vaccuum, it looks like he's trying out for the Ghostbusters!

What these guys said, the Arbiter was a great character and I honestly wish they would make a full game detailing his exploits... maybe set around the time just after Halo 2 to show the gradual alliance between the humans and the elites. I'm convinced it has potential to be a great game and yet another piece of great story telling.
