Snacking While Gaming Can Hurt Weight Loss

Just reading the title of this article I felt insulted. hmm if I don't eat all the time i will lose weight??!?!?! WOW NEVER WOULD HAVE GUESSED THAT! I really shouldn't be as mad as I am but is common sense really something people think people who play video games don't have?

When I'm gaming I barely feel hunger. When I've been really deep into a game I may go till dinner without eating. On other ocaisons I may sprint to the kitchen tear open a can of baked beans then scull them cold and rush back to the computer, base urge satiated.
