Only three games left in this NFL season then (No, I do not count Pro Bowl to be a proper game, sue me). Who will you be rooting for?

The Ravens-Broncos game a few days ago was likely the first NFL game I was working on I also found fun to watch, and I must say even I'm wondering about this; can Ravens give some payback to Patriots for last year and go on to play the Super Bowl? Seeing as I don't really know the teams, and just having seen the conference semi-finals, I suppose I'll be rooting for them (I bet I'll be working for the SB broadcast as well, might as well watch the game).

Also, what's the deal with Bellchick keeping his challenge flag tucked in his socks, that always looks so funny...

I'm not a big football guy, but it's cool seeing my team (Falcons) doing so well this year. They have a real shot at winning the Superbowl!

I'm not much of an NFL guy, I mostly pay attention to college ball. [sub][sub]gig em aggies[/sub][/sub]

I look forward to the Super Bowl though, because even if the game sucks (which it doesn't look like it will this year), you still get a good party out of it.

So, I'll probably pick out teams on something shallow, like which quarterback looks less like a douche or something like that.

I figure it'll be the 49ers & Ravens in the Superbowl, well I hope the Ravens beat the Patriots. I'm really sick of the Patriots. I'm not sure the Falcons can handle the 49ers, but I have no real preference in that game anyway.

Anybody know what the Madden prediction is this year?

I feel the exact same way. Hell, I'm just happy to have good sports teams here. I used to live in Ohio and was so used to having really good college teams, but when we go pro we suddenly suck.

My team (Dallas) didn't make the playoffs this year so I'm all in on Atlanta (my number 2 team). I don't like my "hometown team" the Carolina Panthers. I never have. I use "hometown team" because they're based in Charlotte, North Carolina and I live in South Carolina so I never liked the idea of having a "hometown team" not be from my state. I've always been a Dallas fan for a long time and over time I gravitated towards Atlanta, especially after they got rid of Michael Vick.

Truthfully I'm not convinced they'll beat San Francisco, but that's a different post.

I'm all in on Atlanta.

I picked San Francisco before the season started to win the Super Bowl, and the way they're playing now I don't think anyone can beat them. I'm hoping that Baltimore wins so Ray Lewis can go out on top, and Joe Flacco might finally get some credit as the good quarterback he is.

I usually go for which team has the most white guys. NOT IN A RACIST WAY. I'm just sayin', we're underrepresented in football. Now, if a team has an Asian, I root for them regardless. UNLESS their number of douchebags is triple that of their Asians. I can't root for a team full of douchebags no matter how many Asians they have. I also use a lot of complex math. And by "Complex math" I mean basic addition.

That being said, my team is the 49ers. So if they're in it, I'm rooting for 'em. I don't know what their black to white to Asian ratio is. I just know that they're great.

I guess I should root for whatever team comes out of the NFC since I live in pittsburgh (though I dont really have a deep connection with the steelers enough to care). I actually hope the Ravens win, because:
A: It would be a nice story to see him retired on a ring won season.
and
B: Tom Brady doesnt need another ring, and if he wants one so bad he should suck goodel's cock harder. Seems to work for him to get his way with anyhtign else.

...

Besides, everyone knows that the BEST day is the 19th, specifically at 3 pm EST in Philadelphia on a form of precipitation that we had to wait 99 GOD DAMN DAYS to enjoy.

Since any teams I'd root for just got eliminated,I guess I'm going for NOT patriots. I supposed if I had to pick one it'd be for the 49ers.

I don't really follow football, but if I had to pick a favorite team I'd pick the Ravens because I'm from Maryland but don't like the Redskins. So I was moderately pleased to hear that they beat the Broncos. I don't really expect them to beat the Patriots, but it'd be nice if they did.

Ravens don't have Billy Cundiff any more, so how can they lose?

Seriously though, fuck the Patriots. Virtually everyone here in the UK is a bloody Patriots fan with their Brady jerseys and their not actually understanding the game.

I'm supporting the Falcons personally because they've got so much shit for supposedly not being that good despite their awesome regular season record. Also they're the only team that weren't in this exact position last year.

I hope anybody but the Patriots win.

They've become the New York Yankees of football. They win because they bought everybody that was the best in their position. I also hate how everybody is a damn Patriots fan since they started winning Super Bowls.
