I feel like your under the assumption that we're having a debate and I was just trying to have a conversation. But most of your points are subjective to your opinions and experiences. They aren't facts. You say the game is unbalanced, I say it's been fine since the first patch. You say Superman spammers are unfair, I say they're easy to deal with. You say it's ugly, I say the graphics are irrelevant. It's all subjective. No right or wrong in any of that, just different points of view.
If the game had been balanced in the first version, things wouldn't have needed to be changed. Superman might be easier to deal with now, but for a good while he was almost impossible to deal with. Graphics being "irrelevant" is you making an excuse for what you perceive as an attack on your ability to enjoy the game freely. Which is stupid. whether the graphics matter is ITSELF irrelevant, because the initial claim was that the game was ugly, and you stated you disagreed. I'm not trying to hold you to any sort of standardized debate rules, i'm merely asking you to understand the language you are using to waste time talking about Batman VS Superman Punchies: The Game.
Perceived attack? Are you kidding?

I can't imagine what makes you think anything I've said is some kind of desire for validation but I assure you I'm secure in my opinions. I liked INJUSTICE. I think it looked fine, I think it played fine, and I had fun with it. If you did not, then I feel bad for you if you spent $60 on it.

I don't want to put too fine a point on it, but "disagree" pretty much covers it. You think the game was ugly, I think it looked fine. That's really all there is to it. It's fine. Not gorgeous, not mind blowing. But it looks fine for a multi-plaform game being released on current gen hardware in 2013. I say it's irrelevant because the gameplay would be fun even if it were just wire frames. Don't really think I need the bullet point flow chart for this one.

As I said earlier, I think your points were hyper-critical and to say that it should have been "balanced in the first place" shows an unreasonable expectation on your part. Online games always need tweaks and they were quick to provide them. Your prime example isn't even a balance issue. Superman spamming is an exploit, not an imbalance. And it was never unbeatable. All fighters have a difficult move from one character or another, but you can't just go around nerfing everything right out of the gate. That's not how it works. The community finds the exploits, the community finds ways around it. And if a problem persists, then it gets a tweak. It's been fine since mere days after launch with bigger patches and constant adjustments being made to ensure a good time for players. Testing can only do so much and no team is perfect. On day one millions of people line up to get a copy and hop online. No one has the resources to test for every conceivable possibility and they have done an admirable job in keeping the game in good shape.

Right or wrong, it's late here in Texas and I'm getting tired. So I'm done for the night. Cross your fingers and hope we get that open-world DREDD shooter some day.

Lastly, I think we both need to apologize to marcooos for derailing his(or her) thread with this. If you'd like to continue the discussion, I invite you to send me a PM lest we hog the thread further with our off-topic banter.

Good night. :)
