Hard Aiming is constantly staring down the sights of your weapon like you're supposed to do. People think it's noobish (Dear God how I hate that word) b/c it doesn't give the other guy a hope of a chance. However, that is exactly what they teach you to do when clearing rooms and going around corners in the military. He wasn't cheating with the silencer; he was being a freakin' genius for that. just report the guy for abuseive langaue or poor sportsmenship and ingore him. you can't get banned because some asshole claimed you were gliching. and even if he manages to bring up a case you'll have the chance to appeal. but like i said just report the guy and put him in your avoid list and you should be fine.

I try to avoid multiplayer as much as I can because people are in fact, shit. Not necessarily in relation to their skill, they're just shitty people that do shitty things.

I was banned on the PC version of COD4 on a couple of servers because my name had the word 'Jew' in it.

I just argue them back down. If I make them feel like they might be wrong or feel incompetent they'll usually not report, just in case I'm right. It's quite fun.

some people are just jerks online, I was actually playing against a hacker before (I could tell because I landed about 15 rocket launcher shots on them and it did nothing, where as they hit me with a pistol and killed me instantly) its not very fun.
As far as I'm concerned, any hacker/glitcher worth half a cumshot should be able to pull off a game without dying at all. If you were getting, let's say, 60-0 games, then I'd be worried. But if you do die, you're either not cheating, or you're absolutely retarded and those hacks/glitches don't make up for your lack of a frontal lobe.
No, hes just a sore loser. You can't be banned for playing well and they would know if you were glitching. I've had threats called out against me as well, don't worry about them.
they are not going to ban you just because one asshole took out his frustration at sucking a big cock at modern warfare out on you. they will check to see if you actually did cheat before kicking you off. if they do kick you off, you could send a pretty heated letter to the manager of xbox about it. because one person complaining about someone supposedly cheating is not enough. and he wont be able to garner enough support to ban you. my guess is he was a dick to everyone else online that day.
how old did he seem to be? in his early teens or older. because if he is in his early teens he shouldnt be able to play the game because it IS rated mature. if he was older then i suppose he would be drunk. again, if he was younger, which i assume is so from your whole male/female comment, some little kids have very bad attitudes online because they think nobody can touch them. i cant count the times that i have wanted a button on my controller that deploys a taser to the selected player's backside
