Ugh really do you wanna know?

Keratosis pilaris and Ovarian Cysts. Both of which are pretty bad cases of each. If you MUST look them up do so at your own discretion, I don't like talking about it, and I don't have any will to reproduce and pass on this awful set of genetics.

I lack allergies to much though, so that's a small perk.

I run and work out a fair bit, so I'm in pretty good shape.

I get bouts of insomnia though which throws me off, and I lose it during full moons; still feel like shit after last night.

Dear God, it's like webMD in here.
I can feel myself becoming more of a hyperchondriac, and I've been having trouble with feeling healthy lately anyway due to getting over an illness that lasted a few months.

Well, I've currently got a bit of an inflammed bowel (I think from medication prescribed during illness) that causes minor pain, but I because of uni I won't have time to have it looked at by colonoscopy until october.

[small]Apart from that, tomorrow I'm seeing a urologist to see if I have infact got a genetic defect every male in my nuclear family has that causes a tight foreskin.[/small]

So nothing at all life threatening or of a constant painful bother.

In other news I got my braces off today, which meant getting a mold taken for my plastic retainer I'm currently wearing, which involved a mouthful of plastic causing me to cry since it irritates my gag reflex. My retainer itself simply makes it a bit hard to speak and rubs the back of my tongue only occasionally causing small reactions to gag reflex.

Psoriasis and WPW-syndrome [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolff%E2%80%93Parkinson%E2%80%93White_syndrome]. Oh, and lactose intolerance. Then there's my whole family being overweight, with plenty of diabetes to go around, so I have to be pretty careful to keep the gut in check. This pisses me off plenty, because I have a friend half my size who sits on his ass all day guzzling pizza. Somehow he just doesn't gain weight.

Two years ago I lost 30kg in the span of six months. My reward? Gallstones. There's also something wrong with my ankles. I squat like a champ and do Tour de France before breakfast, but I can't run to catch a bus without feeling like they're going to snap.

I have excema to the point of being hospitalised repeatedly.
Yep. Excema.
When people find out I was put in hospital for it they're always shocked, they think it's just a minor thing, but it can be flippin life-ruining.
At the moment I have a skin infection so I'm very unwell, but it's been under control recently.
My ex-girlfriend had that (mildly, on her legs). I didn't know it can put you in hospital, how does that work?
Well, I was unknowingly living at the time with something I am extremely allergic to.

So it drove my (until then, extremely mild) excema mental, which brings a bunch of nasty side effects.
And loads of open wounds are just a big open door for infections.
I ended up in hospital twice with very bad infections and shock, and then a few more times while the doctors messed around with blood tests and tried to tell me I must be messing myself up before realising that it was an allergy.
Not that I'm bitter.

I have allergies towards grass, which can be a major pain in the spring and summer.

Also I "suffer" (it doesn't quite feel like that, mind you) from coeliac disease, making consumption of wheat, barley and rye (among others) an impossibility. Unless a cure or treatment is discovered, I will remain like this for the rest of my life (no proper French bread...*sobs*).

For about five years now I've suffered from Graves' disease, a disorder that affects the thyroid gland and it's production of hormones.
It proved so uncontrollable that I had to take a dose of radioiodine to kill the gland entirely, and now I have to take hormone supplements daily to replace it. And that is, unfortunately, never going to change.

I also get migraines, but very rarely.

EDIT: I'm also developing carpal tunnel syndrome. Typing this right now probably isn't helping.

Lots of allergies. Pretty much any common allergy there is, I have it: dust, cats, dogs, pollen... grass... oh, and I've got a fairly long list of medications that I'm allergic to, including nearly every common antibiotic.

Also asthma. Luckily, that's gotten much better over the years. I had to be hooked up to a breathing machine and constantly take steroid meds for the first 10-12 years of my life. Nowadays, the worst that happens is I get a bit wheezy and short of breath on really hot days, or if I exert myself too much.

Oh! And I have a dodgy knee. I've been to physical therapy twice, and it's still no better. The next step is surgery, but it isn't that bad most of the time, so I don't want to pay the money to get it.

And, the last of my recurring problems (that I can think of)... migraines. Damn are they annoying. Nothing like the feeling of someone driving an ice pick through your head, while you feel dizzy, throw up, and can't stand any sort of light...

*frowns* A gentleman does not discuss his ailments.

Okay, I've got nothing. No medication, no allergies, no chronic conditions. Haven't been sick in 14 years. Boring, maybe, but I feel good about it. All while not eating healthy and not working out. And I'm not overweight either. Go figure.

That's not true! Okay, maybe a little.

An allergy against musquito bites, causing them to swell to ridiculous sizes. This may come with the side-effect of me being unable to use the part of my body where I was bitten. I'm gonna see if I can find a picture.

Nope, no medical conditions for me. I'm not even allergic to anything, at least that i'm aware of. I have a bit of excema on my legs but its gone for now but usually comes back every now and again.

Can't say I have any big ailments. I have minor allergies to dust and shellfish but apart of that, nothing really to speak of.

I do think my right knee is starting to show signs of wear and tear at my oh so tender age of 26... wonderful.

Some minor asthma. It was more major when I was in my first decade of life. Now it has died down with no signs of showing up again, thankfully.

My body also dislikes spring, as I'm allergic to pollen.
