So, Escapist, why're YOU not sleeping right now?

Due to events beyond my control, i've been given more or less 24 hours to complete a 90 page packet on the subject of earth science, and i'm coming up on the last 20 or so pages as i write this. i've been up for about the whole of those 24 hours, and i've been keeping myself awake through a steady intake of Tea and toast with jam.

for a really non-creative sequeway: my question being, am I the only one in the western hemisphere up at this hour? If anyone is awake, why are you up at this ungodly hour?

My girlfriend screwed up my sleep pattern...now i stay up later then her cause i cant sleep... eating waffles, listening to music, and creepin on the escapist while she gets to sleep -_-

I'm up because I have an extremely bizarre sleep pattern and/or insomnia. And that I don't really want to sleep. I'd be awake at 4:30 am. before I'd wake up at 9:30 am.

My boyfriend has a screwed up sleep schedule due to his job, so I stay up with him. I got... let's see, maybe 4 hours of sleep total in the past 36? I should go to bed soon.

Because I played Borderlands with my friend for almost 5 hours straight, thereby skipping dinner.

So now it's cereal and sandwich for me at 2 AM!

Because it's 9:39am the morning. I'm off work today as someone was coming over to fix my PC, but they called to cancel; which is what woke me up. Just like they did last week, and the week before. Fuck you PC World your technical support team are a joke.

Recently had a surgery a day ago which has popped me up on painkillers and random medicine, so now I sleep for about three hours, stay up three hours, etc, repeat. Since it's too painful to sleep any longer, but too tiring to sleep any less.

Also, the Escapist sort of helps calm me down sometimes, just letting myself drift off to sleep from reading all the texts and stories.

I'm always a night owl during the summer. My bedtime for the last couple of months has been somewhere around 2:30 to 3:00 in the morning.
