Because it's 9:39am the morning. I'm off work today as someone was coming over to fix my PC, but they called to cancel; which is what woke me up. Just like they did last week, and the week before. Fuck you PC World your technical support team are a joke.

I'd say either take it to a small computer shop or phone and see if they'll come over for you. It'll cost (I'm guessing the PC World repair is free?), but it'll get done and with better service.

OT: Lady troubles.

As in, troubles with a girl. Not period pains.

It's under warrantee and PC World have to do the repairs. They're not getting off fixing it. If they sell a defective item they should spend the money to repair it.
