Let's see, I own TES 4 and Dragon Age and have never played them. I will someday though.

I still have yet to beat Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door. I'm at the final boss fight, but I believe I am too low of a level to complete it and this seems to be a point of no return in the game.
Funnily enough, the exact same thing happened to me. Shame, since the game was so great, that it occurred for both of us. :(

I still have several games to complete all of which were bought on day 1.
Fallout NV, I've played this so much, maxed out at least 10 characters, completed all the side quests but have never once actually beaten the main mission.
Darksiders, I normally get about half way through before I distracted by something else.
Mass Effect 1, Bought it a few months ago but I still haven't beaten it, dunno why, just cant get through it.
Torchlight, I've spent many hours with this one but I still cant finish it for some reason.

There are still many, many games on steam that I've bought and haven't even touched yet.

Mostly PC games i buy and tend to not finish. Some examples are like the first Half-Life. I beat it once before in that PS2 port, but i bought it on PC a while back and have yet to finish it. Also, Far Cry, but that's mostly because i just didn't care much for it, sadly. I need to play Amnesia, and i got KotoR on the Summer sale, but i haven't gotten much into it.

Fucking loads, and like the moron that I am I keep buying more. Probably the worst example is The Witcher 2. I have a signed copy of it sitting on my shelf still encased in its plastic wrapper from the factory. I've still got KoA: Reckoning to finish and I recently bought Dragon's Dogma too. I have the first Witcher to get through as well. Too many RPGs at once!
You can never have too many rpgs

I never finished Oblivion. I honestly can't remember what I did in the hours I spent playing that game. I certainly wasn't doing the main story missions.

I've also yet to play through the campaign of Age of Mythology, a game I adore, without cheats in the many years I've had it.

Oh god, where to begin? :p

Beaten/Playing finally
- I only got around to playing The World Ends With You after about a year of owning it.
- I only recently got around to Dragon Quest IX despite buying it on release day.
- Still yet to beat Fahrenheit, owned for about 3 years.
- Only got around to beating Persona 3 about last December time, despite owning both FES on PS2 and Portable on PSP, and it took until me buying Portable to really sit down and start blasting through it (as much as one blasts through a 40-50 hour story)
- Still not beaten Prince of Persia: Warrior Within. I keep taking it down, booting it up and then going "oh, it's on that part" and shelving it again. I have no motivation to play it :/
- Only beat Psychonauts for the first time this month.
- Finally got around to playing and beating Rouge Galaxy a couple of months back, owned since release date.
-Took me aaaaages to get around to even playing Professor Layton and Pandora's Box, although when I did I smashed right through it in a few hours.

Still not played/beaten
- Both Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 2 are still on the shelf, waiting to be beaten. Owned for about 2 years.
- Conker: Live and Reloaded has been sitting on my shelf for a couple of years now, never get the drive to play it.
- The 3rd Birthday. Played it when I bought it, turned it off pretty quickly. Keep going to it, thinking "I should play this. I shelled out for it, the least I can do is play the damn thing". Then, back on the shelf.
- Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume. I like to think it sits there, staring at all the other strategy games I've been playing and weeping quietly too itself.

Not even an exhaustive list. In case you can't guess, I'm not great for beating games :p I really have to sit down and focus on one, but a student life where all my games are at home in Brum and I'm in York makes that a little difficult :p
