It really depends on what you expect, most Star Trek fans will say ignore Enterprise. but I would say if you like the idea of where it all began with less advanced ideas the sure watch Enterprise.
If you want to feel the thrill of the original what TOS, has it moments and some great characters.
More established franchise then watch TNG there is something for everyone within star trek.
I personally think DS9 is the worst but it still had some great moments and was a different look at the star trek universe.
So all in all it's up to you. ^_^
