Please keep it to physical games as I only have a 4 gb memory card and a 16 gb memory card.

16 gb is enough for the games offered on PS Plus, though I think you should pass up on 3-gb Uncharted. Most Vita games are less than 1.5 gb.

If you're up for a kid-friendly game that uses all of the Vita's unnecessary - yet nifty - features, then get Tearaway.
