Is he the law?
Stallone really had the voice for that role to make him memorable as Dredd, and the chin. Does he have the chin? Is the chin good?

It probably says something that in the comic canon I think Dredd's chin is actual the result of a minor mutation. It is such a manly chin it was impossible with atomic spurred development. I lack a source for this, but I'm 90% sure it was literally a plot point.Da Orky Man said:That is the single manliest chin I have ever seen.Loop Stricken said:The chin, you say?elvis-66 said:Chin is awesome, the look is right up there with some Bolland's / ezquerras / Doherty's work. I haven't seen the new one, but I'll chime in on Stallone's Dredd film. It definitely wasn't straight faced, they make a huge deal of "the law" overreacting to petty crimes and what not. It was 40% comedy really, Rob Schneider co-stars if that is any indication.Saulkar said:I read that the comic satirises pro police state political ideologies and that Stallone's movie did the whole police state thing straight faced, completely missing the point.
If this is in fact true, how does this movie compare?
OK, good to know. I was holding off watching it because of this but if you say otherwise then I will give it a shot.nexus said:I haven't seen the new one, but I'll chime in on Stallone's Dredd film.
