I think making her straight would be harder than making her non-fictional.

Hey, in a world where I can date fictional half-ninjas, anything is possible.

To seem like less of an ass then you should have just said, "This comic isn't in my taste." or "I don't really like comics like Scott Pilgrim."

Opinions are crazy things, but just saying something is downright terrible is a bit much.
Oh really you don't think I know this?

Of course I know this, nearly everything everyone says is opinion doesn't mean I need to go round saying "well this is my opinion" all the time otherwise I would sound like an idiot
If you can't work out that it is my opinion and you want me to go saying "well it's my opinion" then you don't deserve to hear anyone's opinion

Also if want to say something is downright terrible I will, no rule to stop me

I know whatever you said was an opinion, I am just saying that maybe you should tone it down for those who actually like Scott Pilgrim because it makes you sound less ignorant. That's all I am saying.

Going into a thread about something that you know you don't already like, saying it's terrible, without giving a reason without being asked comes off as assholish to me is all.

If there was a Halo thread and I came in and said, "Gee, Halo sucks salty black balls, why don't you play something else." instead of coming in and just saying, "Halo isn't really my cup of tea, but I do like, -insert other game here-" I would expect someone to be mad at me and would think that they'd call me an ignorant ass as well.

So what? It's my decision to sound as 'ignorant' as I want, it's none of your concern
What did you want? My opinion, I gave my opinion, you said I need to explain it, then say my opinion in he right way.

You don't say this to people who agree with you.

This is is just painful. I didn't like it that much, how much justification do you want? I think the problem here is that I disagree with something you don't like and you can't accept that

No, I just don't like it when people are pointlessly rude.

You have to get the last word in this
Look I stated my opinion, explained it and then explained it even further
You don't like my opinion just deal with it, I'm not being rude just honest
