I used to eat fast food like you, but then I took nutrional facts to the knee!
Seriously, looking up nutrition facts of fast food meals is High Octane Nightmare Fuel. Just to know that some people, every day, sometimes several times a day, consume that literal garbage gives me chills. Stay as far away as you can from any fast food meals.

i once got into a similar condition from some bad fish and chips. ihad really bad vomiting and the like, for 3 FRACKING DAYS. my uncle said it was becuase they put way to much salt on it, and i got sodium poisoning. he went into the place, and empties a 1kg bag of salt over the attendent, and gave him a faceful of vineger. GET IT THE **** RIGHT NEXT TIME!!. he yelled.

I love KFC and eat there whenever I get the chance, and not once have I ever gotten sick from their food.
I did however have a rough night after eating at McDonalds once, but that was my fault. I was really hungry that night, so I figured I could take on 3 mcrib sandwiches. That was one hell of a mistake, they fought their way down every inch of my digestive tract.
Just as a general rule, never order 3 of anything at any fast food restaurant.

There is a local KFC not too far from where i live, perhaps a 10 min drive on an average day, i do however refuse to go there and buy things on the grounds that im convinced the entire place is a health hazzard, i base this asumption on the fact that around the back of building where i presume all of the refuse is disposed is what can only be described as an army of rats. I parked up near there one night and all i could see on the floor was this mass of black swarming fur retreating from the headlights on my car, scurring back to the nearby bushes the direction they ran from was the KFC.
I realise this is hardly related to food poisoning but i just wanted to share.

I have never gotten food poisoning from a fast food restaraunt, but I don't eat at KFC, Subway, Burger king, etc all that often as there are none near where I work, but also its too damned expensive for my liking. I mean, at subway its almost £5 for a sandwich? get outta here.
In the UK Portsmouth to be exact we have Ken's Fried Chicken......they will deliver a box of chicken goodness to your door 
On topic never really had a bad food poisoning experience.....and not from a fast food resturant, i actually worked in burger king for awhile, and believe it or not....pretty up on cleanliness in those places.
