Honestly, check out the Raid: Redemption and the Raid 2. Two honest-to-goodness masterpieces when it comes to action films this past ten years. The second has a great car chase sequence, but the series is mostly martial arts and a bit of gunplay. It's unbelievable though, especially the first. The second sort of equals out in terms of quality by being an hour longer and having more plot than simply straight action. Sort of a slow burn cop movie that features the best fight scenes I might have seen. Again, I highly recommend.
