So I'm stuck on skyrim because of a glitch

Call me an idiot all you want, the fact is I now have a dragon circling me out of combat range, but close enough to disallow fast travel.
Any advice on how to make it go the hell away?

EDIT: Never mind, I ignored it and walked towards the nearest population centre, killing all the creatures of the wilderness out of spite, and it left.

I've had that happen before. I'd recommend saving then immediately loading that save (my way of getting past most glitches) or lots of running. Eventually he (or she? Are there female dragons in Skyrim?) should fly away.

Just keep running away. Duh~
Run to a city, besides using fast travel is boring mode

Run to a city, then the guards will attack the dragon and it'll get pissed, come into combat range, then you can help them kill it.

So i take it you don't want to kill the dragon, dragons are pretty easy even at low levels by the way. You can always lower the difficulty to make it easier to fight.

Or If you don't want to fight it then, Run into a cave maybe? then leg it out and bolt it. Or run to a settlement and let the guards take care of it.

Also, that's not a glitch, just an inconvience that's all. If you were playing say Morrowind then I guess you would of rage quitted by now as that game doesn't even have fast travel.
