Seriously though, what do you enjoy? Perhaps a marathon session of LOTR (all 3 extended versions) all 6 star wars films, paintball, laserquest, some kind of theme park, go-cart racing, cliff climbing. Damn near anything that gets the adrenaline pumping! If you can't enjoy a good drink you might as well enjoy what your own body can produce is mass quantities!
It totally depends what you're into though. Just make sure that whatever you do it's what you want to do. It's your 18th, which is in my opinion your most important, or at least one of them. Enjoy yourself whatever you end up doing!
