Have you ever had a match like this? like in Halo or COD? or any other multiplayer game?

I already mentioned this in another thread about Bungie suspending (not banning -_-') quitters, but here it goes...in a bit more detail =)

The match had just began, looked at my radar...shit, just me. Luckily i was really sneaky with sniper rifles and such, nearly won the match, until they got in warthogs ='( fun match though ^_^

So what's your story? =) Just make sure your team was considerably smaller than enemies =D

I can be an asshole when it comes to the energy sword and a sniper rifle, especially on a large map.

I've played games tyhinking I was going to get slaugtered and single-handedly destroyed the other team. It's fun sometimes, but annoying to fight the whole fight alone

3vs3 to start but as I was playing Eldar I managed to hide away while the other 2 on my team got squashed!

I still lost but it was fun teleporting around the map in Webway gates!

During a match on the World of Tanks BETA I ended up being the only one on my team left alive against five players on the enemy team. Just sat in a bush and picked them off one by one as they tried to capture our base. Easiest five kills I've ever had.

Also went 1v2 on BC2 and had a K/D of 14/1 by the time they left. My one death was when I got hit by a grenade and ran down some stairs to take cover and heal then bumped into the other enemy. We then proceded to kill each other. They were both in the same clan and nearly the same level as me but they sucked big time.

I wasn't on my own but I was holding up my team on BC2 earlier, 1st on my team = me with 3258. 2nd on my team = some random guy with 710.

Happened once on Bioshock. Capture the Sister, with them defending. My team didn't even have the decency to kill the Big Daddy before they buggered off.
I think given the circumstances of three and a Big Daddy vs. one, I did quite well. Through Houdini spam, I even managed to get the Little Sister out her original spawn room when the timer ran out.

Happened once on the Halo Reach Beta as well. Don't know what the mode was called, but it was the one where everyone's an Elite.
My fondness for EXP prevented me from quitting, so I just rolled around for the entire match and fired a couple of rounds every now and again in hope of a lucky headshot.
Needless to say, I lost.

It happened to me and a friend on The Pit in Halo 3. We were in the lead and somehow both spawned on the second level of one of the main buildings, where they couldn't hit us, so we just hid there until the timer ran out. And we won.

This actually happened to me a couple of days ago, I was playing MW2 on the PS3 (I'm used to it on the 360 and so I tend to play much worse), the map was Skidrow, TDM.

The game starts and I suddenly my team all leave so it's me against 6, thing is I didn't notice. I spent a decent amount of time at the back of the level, where I spawned (by all the crates), basically picking people off as best I can with my Scar. I then start to wonder why it seems like I've got no support so look at how the rest of my team are doing.

Then I realise I'm not only alone, but I'm 15-3. Luckily some more people joined before my luck ran out, we actually ended up losing because the people that joined had scores like 2-11 etc.

I was better off alone.

Halo 3, it was me, my brother and 1 friend. Versus an 6 player team. We lost, but we gave them one hell of a fight. They where really impressed and payed us loads of complements.

I usually win in that kind of situation if I start screaming the word "Jesus" over and over again until everyone is laying down with a face full of hot metal. It scares the crap out of me though.

Only one occasion comes to mind, though it's the inverse of this. The other team only had one guy (or gal maybe) and he was getting his ass kicked, anyways my friend and I soon saw that the game was beyond winning for him so to reward him, for not quitting like most players would, we were diliberately throwing ourselves in front of him.
He'd walk under something, I'd fall in front of him, facing away, crouching, ready to receive my beating. That sort of thing.
I'd like to think it made him smile at least, no one likes getting owned because other players on their team dropped out.

Battlefield 2142. Suddenly I realized that all my team had either switched sides or quit, and I was the last one standing. I didn't last long either

I played a match on halo where after five seconds in game. my whole team left!


I was a loe rank player fight about 10/12 veteran generals.
the game went on for about five minutes, I fought like a lion but was no match against these completly overwhelming odds.

at the end of the match i had died about thirty time while killing only ten people.

To their credit the other team congradulated me for not quiting and for giving them a fun match.
I have to say i found it to be fun and funny as well.

though I haven't run into a situation like that since and this happened about 1-2 years ago.
