So I've recently started getting into a new type of music...

I would suggest you check out a band called Violent Work of Art. Here are a few picks:

Figured that'd be something along the lines of what you listed.

Second Fear Factory, and also add:

Cyanotic
The Berzerker (Heavier)
Genghis Tron (Slightly Different but with the same inspirations)

And obviously, the kings of Industrial Metal, Static-X

But from what you listed, Cyanotic is the band I think you're most likely to love.

Well the only band I specifically remember being labelled industrial metal was Rammstein so you may like them.

Yeah, I don't listen much to Industrial Metal, but Rammstein are awesome. Yes, they sing in German, but their music is great.

Lately I've been finding myself listening more and more to bands like Skinny Puppy, Nitzer Ebb, Nine Inch Nails, Pain, and Unter Null.
This is all pretty new to me, and the market base for industrial-based music is relatively compared to other genres, so it's tough to discover new bands.
So I was wondering if the Escapist could suggest some dark industrial/electronic music which I may like.

Thanks in advanced y'all!

EDIT:
It really depends what you are looking for, but try these two...

Oomph! - German Industrial Metal

Flesh Field - Dark Techno / Aggrotech

Assuming you can find their stuff, you might try Skrew:

(Sorry, had it embedded, but apparently "embedding was disabled by request" from somebody.)

...most of their other songs are more industrial and a bit less "metal," but I just happen to like this one a lot.

You might like some old Sonic Youth. Bad Moon Rising nearly got me fired - I just couldn't turn it down and it scared my co-workers.

In particular, Death Valley 69

I can only find live videos of this song with queasy quality, but Sonic Youth's I Love Her All The Time (also from Bad Moon Rising) is a killer. Thurston Moore's guitar work on that just curls me into a ball of heavenly pain.

And yeah, Ministry - Stigmata. There's not a music player made that goes loud enough for this song.

And a final good god damn for That Petrol Emotion's Creeping to the Cross

Damn, but this has been fun for me - these songs are old loves that I hadn't listened to in a while. I hope I haven't put in too many youtubes, but thanks for taking me down this road!
