So I regularly browse Reddit and have noticed a few popular threads have been up lately, namely:

So, what do you guys think is actually going on there?
North Korean news have admitted that he's sick, which is very alarming, considering their state ideology places the NK rulers as quasi-dieties.
Apparently he's a cheese eating enthusiast (don't ask how I know this), but seen here:
Almost all north koreans are lactose intolerant. So that CANNOT be healthy.
Hypothetically, if he's dead or something, what next?
P.S. And by the way, I put this in Off-Topic not because I'm ignorant of the Religion & Politics forum, but because this isn't meant to be hyper serious or geopolitical in nature.
