With all of my honesty I don't even bother to look in Buck cause of his blandness visual....He is just a monk with a gun...
Skye is indeed a very good character, however you need to be skillfull with her abilities to make her work. I tried her couple of times, but I just couldn't be focus all the time with her timers of her abilities.
Never played with Barik or Evie, but I can see Barik become really annoying as an enemy. Again, Fernando with Barik can be a good team together a shield baffers.

My main issue with Skye is her god damned ultimate, I sewar even with the fastest characters (Like Pip or Androxus) is almost fucking impossible to avoid, you hear "Time's ticking" you're fucking dead unless you're on the very edge of the non-defined area of effect of that piece of shit, period.

Barik can be annoying to play against if at least one person is helping him (Much like any Tank really) his only downside is that he only has 3000 HP which is the same amount of damage than the aforemented bullshit ult does.

I just read his abilities in a Wiki. It seems he is Healer Brawler type. He can use his Net and then the Leap attack to do some nasty damage to a group who want to take a point. Plus if he is very close and take damage himself, then can use the healing ability. I don't get why he have a gun with the exception that, well, its shoots....
But I see what do you mean. He can easily be the first to do a Heavy Leap attack , then sniper use the mine ability so they don't follow him, then Buck heal himself while Fernando/Balic protect him, repeating using Leap+Heal. His Ultimate is somehow Lucking in my opinion. I can only see it useful when you want to heal more yourself. Heal + Ultimate + Heal.

Obviously you must be very sneaky to leave the bomb near to her targets. For that reason she is an Assassin after all. I think is possible to get away from the blast if you use different kind of abilities the other champions have, like the teleport pad Sniper have or Fernandos Rush attack.
Btw Skye Visual Appearance is lacking [she is just an elf].....but the booty is strong.

I've been tempted to try it myself. Seemed to have good user reviews, but it really does look a lot like Overwatch. Personally, I don't care. If it's a good game, it's a good game and I'll play it. I think following Overwatch's success, Paladins won't be the only game to be accused of being an Overwatch clone.

Remember how Overwatch itself was originally accused of being a TF2 clone?

I watched Jim play it. That's the full extent of my experience. All I have to say is, I loved the aesthetic design of the Bomb King, especially the two grinning bombs he's holding in each hand. I've never seen two guys look so absolutely thrilled to blow themselves up.
