The only game I have platinum'd is the Sega Mega Drive collection. It was really fun and it added an overall goal to a compilation, they were essentially designed so you'd try out all the games, it was very cool.

I can't really be bothered with other games and I'm not one to care about Trophies so much, they're a nice little addition but I don't fuss.

However I am considering trying to Platinum Mortal Kombat when I get it, it seems do-able and fun rather than torturous.

Of the top of my head, I only have them in Heavy Rain and in AC2. I only go for 100% if I really like the game, most games I just finish and then never play again.
I wanted to get platinum in ACB as well but I found the multiplayer tedious as hell, so I will never get the trophies for it.

I've got 18. Resident Evil 5 was my first and my oldsk00l completionist in me just forced me to keep going. It sort of comes natural, the second I'm really tired of a game the platinum usually just pops up without me even checking out the trophies sometimes (Dragon Age2, Demon's Souls and Borderlands for example).

Only one i'm really 'trying' for now is Ninja Gaiden 2. And it's hard.

I got Sly 1 and 2. I'm working on InFamous and Fallout:New Vegas, but those are taking me some time.

I've 9, not because I'm a trophy whore but because I moved to a country I don't speak the language so can't work. I go after the platinum after I finish the game (as I like to enjoy it first) for the reasons mentioned. They are, in order of when I got them:

1. Fallout 3
2. Sega Mega Drive Collection (acquired without effort from just playing through)
3. Demon's Souls
4. Dragon Age Origins
5. God Of War 1
6. God Of War 2
7. Dark Void
8. Batman Arkham Aylum
9. Uncharted Drakes Fortune (most recent)

I would have Burnout Paradise too but I've been punished for not owning an eyetoy (or a compatible webcam/Digicam.

For me it was Sly 1.

Only a handful, at the moment, but I'm a bit of a completionist and have around 10 or so games still luring me with their siren call to grind out a couple last trophies on. Latest was Dragon Age II (Dungeon Hunter: Alliance doesn't really count, being as there's no platinum for it).

Currently working on a Challenge-completion playthrough of Bionic Commando, though...been itching to get back to that since I got it!

Fallout 3, but that's not really a challenge.
Saving at the right times, using exploits, and not playing like a total idiot, I think anyone can get the platinum trophy in one play-through
