They don't know a piece of shit when they see one as evidenced by Star Wars Galaxies, The Force Unleashed, Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds, and they don't know a good property when they've got it, as evidenced by KotoR, Jedi Knight, Battlefront, and X-Wing all being ignored and all but forgotten.

Excellent observation I couldn't agree more. I think it shows how out of touch many publishers are, as a member of the gaming community I know that with any of these games it's a surefire case of make it and make loads of money- how can I know that and Lucas Arts don't, do they even do market research?
