So Steven Universe Season 1

Season 1 was amazing. And Pearl is indeed the best gem. I love all the characters though.

I can't wait for season 2.

For people who aren't into the UG/SU crossover, there's always this to look forward to:

The early beginnings of the show were definitely slow going, but they served their purpose really well. Which was to develop the characters and at least give you a reason to be invested with them.

The whole Steven Bomb however really got a lot of people into the show now- me included and I've taken the time to marathon watch the previous episodes so I have full context on everything.

As for the crossover epsisode, I for one am excited for it. I know it's going to be stupid funny. I'll only be disappointed if the tumblr fandom doesn't meme the fuck out of it for days.


Honestly I just want to see more Jasper. She is best gem.

For those who has doubt about the upcoming crossover episode, here is a preview of it-


I myself never seen Uncle Grandpa nor do I really want to watched it. Also from what I read, it was Rebecca herself who approach the crossover idea and it is not canon to Steven Universe world but don't quot me on this as I don't have a source on it (read it from a tumblr post).

I believe this was confirmed as Canon. In so much that Steven does finally get a hold of controlling his shield. It was also stated that this happens before the whole Jailbreak/Return episode so at least it doesn't mess up too much with what they got going.
