Again, major Assassin's Creed 3 spoilers, ahoy!
Well Ass(assin's) Creed 3 hasn't been out particularily long but I'm sure many of you have already finished it, as I have and I just have to say.
Dafuq?
Well... to clarify, let me start by saying the technologically, the game is a masterpiece.
The engine is incredible and other than a few texture hiccups (namely that issue with Desmond's hoodie clipping with his backpack). The combat is some of the best I've played in a 3rd-Person Action game this generation and the animations are bar-non head-over-shoulders above any other game in the genre.
And then the plot... and that damn ending.
Again, spoilers ahead; I felt the game had a solid story that indeed rivaled the one of the first and second entry.
A great twist at the beginning, an engaging conflict, and a seemingly unique protagonist that has never been seen before, until Sequence 9.
The game, in terms of plot, fell apart to the damn ground.
Teaming up with the main antagonist, for no appearent reason, having literally a myriad of ways to kill him, rediculous weakening of the "grandmaster of the Templar's" and the whole plot-hole concerning their weak presence in the world.
Point is I could go on, and THEN there's the whole ending fiasco.
Anyway, I wanted to know others' opinions and thoughts on the game's story and ending.
