Of course no should support this kind of piracy or circumventing paying people for access to all their hard work.

But, ya know, if I had downloaded it and played it for, perhaps, say, an hour or two, I would say it's pretty awesome. More impressive than IW, but not sure on how it could compare to the original. I'd have to complete the whole thing a couple times to let ya know. Arm-blade stabbing people would be awfully satisfying.

If I had, ya know, done something like that. Which I wouldn't!

Due to it being a beta without a portion of the game, I would consider it almost an extended demo of sorts, and if I remember correctly someone in the company encouraged people to talk about it.
Edit: And from what I've seen of it, it looks fucking awesome. Not complete by any means, but still very, very cool.

Regarding the health regen, unless you get the armor upgrades, you're going to need it. If you go in all guns blazing without it, you'll be dead before you know it, and the fact that ammo is so scarce and your inventory is tiny, you're very much encouraged to look for alternatives. Thankfully the stealth and cover system seems to work pretty well.
