Gender Bender DNA Twister Extreme is the only visual novel game that's ever caught my interest. It's cute and pretty hilarious while covering a topic that you don't really see in gaming (albeit not seriously).

I guess it begs the question of why its fine to spend your time shooting people in games but dating is off limits, but I've always figured dating was about the emotional aspect. Without any legitimate love it just seems like all the worst and most mundane parts of dating combined together into a game.
