Overall- IT'S BLOODY AWESOME!

DC strength lies in their animation (Marvel is their movies) and the show itself has been great.
I did felt it was abit rush like how easy they took out the brainwash Justice League members but again alot of stuff and revelation had been reveal. It was nice to see that Conner had some closure with Superman. I wonder if he will take him under his wing like showing him the Forttress of Solitude.
Either way I can't wait for season 2 to start next week!

Definitely a great show. Though it is maddeningly frustrating (in a good way) how the bad guys seem to be 3 steps ahead of the good guys at all times. Even in the finale when it looks like their grand master plan was foiled, they only seemed somewhat miffed and decided to move on to "Phase 2." Gerd dang it!!!

The comic rules (not the series based off the show but the older series). I've only seen 4 episodes of the show, but I liked it.

Fairly hit and miss for me. I enjoy the darker aspects of it and how seriously it takes its audience, the voice acting has been top-notch so far, and the animation and style is great but on the other hand the teen melodrama really doesn't click with me.

And of course there's the niggling issue of how the series treats Superman and Batman. I realize its fairly tertiary, but the over-idealization of Batman and the completely out-of-character Superman really bothers me. Batman is more forgivable to me, as the inevitable result of a character becoming as popular as he has is they start puffing that character up and at times start shilling others in order to cater to his fanbase, but its still bothering me how open, calm, and loving such a normally cold, grim, under-handed and paranoid character has become. Especially when contrasted with Superman - the archetypal paragon of a super-hero, who never needed any trauma or Freudian backstory to push him to heroics and who inspired the wave of superheroes not by his powers but his virtue and compassion - who has become so cold and distant. He simply isnt acting like Superman.

TL;DR Batman is awesome, Supermans a prick, should be the other way around.

Nothing as awesome as the Question in Justice League Unlimited, but it's an exceedingly solid superhero show.

On a related note, is that Avengers show any good? Is it still on?

Season 2 of The Avengers had recently started. It's ok but it's no Juctice League or Young Justice. However in saying so it's the only good recent Mavel cartoon show out there at the moment (Ultimate Spider-man is too kiddy and their animated films are dreadful).
