Eh, moderation here has always been hit or miss, but then that's modding for you.

People have been saying "this site is about to die" for ages, but someday they'll be right.

I know we are all as dust before the wind, and this site will meet it's maker at some point, I'd prefer the inevitable to be delayed as long as possible. For all its flaws, I'm quite fond of this place and really can't think of anywhere else gaming-related I'd engage with.

Most people say that for most things in life. Thats how complacency happens. Be it at work, hone or the internet. You will never know until it happens, maybe if the site dies you will find a new "internet home".

OT: I think the whole text based forums are going to die out in general. I forsee a future where forums will be real time video chats with real people. Give it a decade or so when some intelligent university student designs it and becomes a billionaire. Kind of like how facebook came along.
