the only problem I'd have with that is that the world would be ruled by the athletic and arrogant, and all us brainy guys would be the antagonists
I guess I may as well explain ONE of my choices...
Why I would want to live in the "Zero No Tsukaima" universe:
Well, simply put, it's a world full of ignorant, backwards fucks! There may not be sexism or racism, but there's something that's basically the same, and that would be the discrimination against one's heritage and blood.
I'd take the "rule it all with my superior advanced knowledge" route and, well, use my superior advanced knowledge to take advantage of the world and end up becoming (if not the ruler) a highly significant figure. If it turns out my knowledge gets me nowhere, I would want to be the
third human familiar (one that actually gets along with his master and smartly avoids awkward situations).
But I'd wanna take a few things with me... because judging by the current progress made in the story, they're approaching an industrial revolution. So I'd wanna take...
A laptop
A generator (that runs of gas)
and my MP3 player.
If i entered the universe as one who is NOT a familiar, I'd want the same getup, plus an electric guitar so that I could at least grab Saito and Louise's attention by being a huge entertainment figure
yeah, I've really thought about this a lot XD

Well, even if the anime did scar me forever in terms of seeing too much black in an anime (seriously, I DON'T WANNA SEE TOO MUCH OF IT NOW!) I like that the protagonists actually DEVELOPED and CHANGED, which is more than I can say of about 99% of all anime (Inu-Yasha, Ranma, I'm looking at you)
