So...what did YOU do this weekend, Escapist?

Friday: Absolutely nothing. I sat around and played Dawn of War 2.

Saturday: 4-H Presentation Day where I got to judge people, then went to a birthday party and had a AMAZING Airsoft war. I got to have a great last stand moment stand on a hill with a P90 against four or five guys coming at me.

Sunday: Work in progress!

The only remotely interesting thing I did was start and finish The Hunger Games on saturday.

Those books are awesome. the second one is a tad dry but the 3rd is amazing

It was a bit weird that my orthidontist reccomended it to me after seeing me with a copy of Mogworld. It is a really good book though.

we had to read it for english class and at first i was like ugh english reading lame! but then i actually read it and finished it right away haha. i was shocked at how awesome it was.

I'm currently trying to read The Girl with a Dragon Tattoo, but the begining is just mind numbingly boring. The reason I was able to finish The Hunger Games in one day, was because I had nothing else to do. I'm actually somewhat looking forward to reading Brave New World in My english class.

Friday: Woke up at 4:40AM to work at my internship placement (which is awesome) from 6 to 10. Then I took a nap, studied Portuguese, worked on homework, made an awesome meal (yogurt + All Bran + Reese pieces = WIN), and finished off the night right with a grueling boxing conditioning workout.

Saturday: Went to MMA class, only to find out it was cancelled. I did some grocery shopping, went home, did some more studying/homework, and then did an improvised workout at home.

Sunday: Some more studying, some Contra 4, some Starcraft 2, some Avernum 6, some Devil May Cry 4, working out at the gym (Squats FTW) and another awesome sandwich with the aforementioned dessert on the side.

friday : went to a comedy club with my brother and dad, had a few beers and a right laugh

Saturday: played rugby, won 62-3 then had my g/f over for the night

Sunday: played dawn of war all day

I'm adding in Thursday because my weekend started then.

Thursday: Skip classes, road trip to Chicago (4-5 hours), Pogues concert, get drunk at gay bar afterward, find phone in bathroom, get applauded by some strangers for being a good person and turning in the phone, free beer!
Friday: Drive around Chicagoland for an hour trying to find a breakfast place, get lost, get found, continue home, stop at brewery to get beer supplies, finally get home and recuperate from the night before and the long drive, watch X-Files.
Saturday: Work out, friends come over to "help" brew a batch of beer (which is currently fermenting in my closet and will hopefully be a delicious coffee stout), learn to play cribbage, drink some beers, go out to eat, more beers, go over to friend's house and watch Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, more X-Files!
Sunday: Work out, do laundry, study, apply for summer jobs, be boring.

Usually my life isn't very exciting, I just had an eventful weekend. A more typical weekend doesn't have the Pogues and there's usually less drinking, though beer making is a pretty common occurrence since the majority of my friends homebrew.

Attended an old friends birthday with my girlfriend, we drank ourselves into a coma and spent all sunday in bed.

Played a little black ops and lots of hockey so it was a good weekend. Some Dragon Age too.

My weekend isnt over...Its a public holiday I think anyway, which is annoying as the buses arnt operating as freaquently and most shops are closed

first chance I get Im going to run off and get eather "The wrestler" or "Requiem for a dream" or Girl with the dragon tatoo

and Im seriously going to avoid the games store as my backlog just seems to be getting bigger, but I still wanna get dragon age awakenings though and finish dragon age before I get DA 2 which is going to take me forever

Finished my ME2 insanity playthrough (Played for like 7 hours on saturday), Finished 1st (For the 5th time) and the second seasons of haruhi suzumiya so I could watch the movie which is insanely good. Oh and I did my homework and am now watching Gurren Lagann

Read Lolita and got a Shiny Ninetales on Sunday...

All in all, a great weekend...

I'm going to define "weekend" as a series of consecutive days where work/school is not required.

So I've had Saturday and sunday...I went around to a mate's place with some others and we played Minecraft and MTG. And now, I have the next week off due to reasons pertaining to my health, another Sat/Sun and then Monday's a public Holiday.

'Spose I'll edit in more when my 10-day weekend is over.

Um, ok, I'll give this a try...
Friday: After school I went straight to work until about 10, went home slept.
Saturday: Went to work, got abandoned by my managers during a rush, after work I drove around for an hour with a couple dudes and wound up hanging with a few more dudes til aboot 3 AM this morning.
Sunday: My day of rest, watching Simpsons, playing MW2, catching up on Escapist forums.
