Like I think of every other country. An outdated, unnecessary, restrictive system, that would be better dissolved, and replaced with the now plausible and much more widely beneficial, logical and prosperous system of global governance. It'll happen anyway when one "country" becomes powerful enough to sustain this false economy on it's own, and slowly dependencies will form, small wars will break out, maybe a big one, then the planet will be finally united, in the name of war and power. The worst possible way of doing it, but the only way I see it happening. Preferably it could happen peacefully, reasonably, and logically, but it won't. It would mean governments dissolving willingly, and conceding all their claims and money. Even if that money is an utter sham that should by all rights be worth absolutely nothing.
We need this to move humanity to other worlds, and expand and advance our current technological, medical, and general scientific fields fast enough to sustain the colonisation. We can't do it as "countries". It breeds destructive unsustainable competition for trivial things.
But I suppose I'll answer your question:
It's 3rd on the Human Development Index after inequality adjustment (9th before). That's quite impressive. It's got beautiful vistas of natural resplendence. It has a healthy science outlook, plenty of innovation, a progressive economy (for what that's worth anymore), culturally elaborate; boasting a veritable and complex array of choices for everyone. Beyond excellent healthcare and education, both sustained largely by taxes, proffering further evidence this is the best way to run these services. A tolerant, balanced and reasonable approach to religion, embracing faith but not rejecting individual interpretations and ideas; ergo their high population of atheists, which does not inspire ire and horror as it does in some other "developed countries". I give Sweden a 10 for being a prime example of what life should be like after the dissolution of borders and nations.
