Right now I'm playing through Batman: Arkham City, already beat the main game, Batmans challenges, and Harley Quinns revenge and earned all the respective trophies..Just finished Catwomans Ranked Challanges and I've finished her first four campaigns, then on to Robin and Nightwing.
The two times I've tried to finish 100% that game, I've always burnt myself out. The first time, it was because I was trying to go through the challenge maps after having played the story through twice (normal & New Game+). The second, it was because I tried to go through all the challenge maps after having 100%'d the achievements for Arkham Asylum and 99%'ing a save file in Arkham Origins (didn't get 100% because I can't be effed playing the multiplayer so I was missing a few character trophies/game art or something--unfortunately a lot of the achievements for that game are tied into the multiplayer or DLC as well).

So I'm stuck with like, 75% of the achievements for Arkham City right now as I just haven't been bothered doing all of those combat and stealth maps over and over again because some of those Extreme challenges are really bloody annoying.

I have been getting the hankering to play the games again because of all the comics I've been reading lately, though.
I almost gave up on the challenges in Arkham Asylum due to one rage-inducing timed extreme challenge. I said to myself I'll try one more time, then I'm done and I ended up completing it with 1 second left.

I had a much easier time with the Arkham City challenges. I suggest looking at some walkthrough videos. They helped me on a few of the extreme challenges.

OT: I just finished Fallout: New Vegas a couple days ago. I was disappointed because the game was fully patched, but it was glitchy, the frame rate constantly stuttered, and it froze at least 25-30 times.

Right now I'm playing Gears of War again. I'm doing the hardcore and insane difficulties for the achievements. Btw, I still need the co-op achievements. If anyone needs them too, message me.

Next up, I'm trying to decide between Spec Ops: The Line and Borderlands 2.

I got back into Civilisation 5; I don't feel like getting Beyond Earth, but all the talk is making me nostalgic for Civ again.

I've also been playing Dust: An Elysian Tale on and off for about 4 months now, and I'm finally at the point where I can shoot for 100% completion. I doubt I'll ever get that 1000 hit combo though, my character is literally too good for that at this point.

Last and least, I picked up a punch of PSOne games on the Vita during the last sale and tried playing through Metal Gear Solid 1. The port was pretty terrible (rear touchpad for item select? Seriously?), but then the machine broke and I had to send it in for repairs. I'm not normally glad when a product is failing, but my frustration with the Vita's dodgy design and Sony's terrible customer support has made me quite bitter.

- Marvel Puzzle Quest has been my main game since around March of this year.

- Hearthstone sees weekly play for completion of daily quests but the game really needs more content to get me back into it.

- Dragon Age 2: trying to finish this in time for Inquisition next month. Assuming I like Inquisition as much other installments it'll keep me busy into the new year.

Divine Divinity- A 2D isometric game with dioblo style game play and damn good old school rpg with a stupid name. this game has slow start in the since you will be in a dungeon that takes a while to get though but once your done with that it has this massive open world to explore. I is also quite old but not age much since it can still look nice at times and the music is pretty fucking good. I hear the ending is really bad gameplay wise. writing wise it's nothing amazing but solid and it does not take it self to seriously which help make the game kinda charming. I would most definitely call this game old school.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pVdCtm44fg
the song "called The Four Seasons Singing" is one of my favorite in the soundtrack

Divinity II: Developer's Cut- A 3d divinity game where half way thought you gain the ability to become a dragon and fly around. it quite different from divine Divinity but still enjoy the game. much like Divine Divinity the write is solid and it does not take it self too seriously. the music is compsed by the same person who made the divine divinty sound track(that means it it good). I am too lazy to type any more about since I rather playing it right now.

Alpha cintari- I have no really played civilization like game before and this sure as hell is not the greatest introduction to this kind of game since don't full understand how to properly play the game yet. nether the less I am still trying to figure out this game.

Playing Kotor 2,and the endless game that is Civ5. Started it ages ago, don't recall exactly why I didn't make it to far in at that time but I'm loving it now and having played Kotor earlier this year it seemed like a good time to drive in.

I really wished I had played Kotors on release as I'm sure they would have blown my mind at the time.
no you did not want to play Kotor 2 at release.
It is one of favorite games but without the restored content mod it feels incomplete and is quite buggy. I have played and beat kotor 2 without the restored content mod; While I still really like the game it is very flawed in that state.

also Kreia is one of my favorite fiction characters ever made.

Currently? Let's see, there's Alien: Isolation, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and The Evil Within which are all recent purchases, and I recently restarted Xcom: Enemy Unknown, Morrowind, Transport Tycoon Deluxe and TIE Fighter. My clan activity also means that my Halo: Reach, CoD: Ghosts and GTA: Online keep themselves ticking over at a regular pace. Oh, and I played FTL and Carmageddon for a bit the other day, although more through wanting to play something different rather than through any desire to finish a playthrough. Got a new character concept lined up for Fallout: New Vegas too, but that's a future project, as is replaying Red Dead Redemption.

Compare that to the activity of one of my friends who has been playing Destiny, Destiny, Destiny, switching over to a bit of Destiny and then finishing off with some Destiny just for good measure. Personally I can't gorge myself on just one game extensively but hey, they're having fun.

I'm currently playing Mass Effect 3 for the first time, importing a paragon femshep infiltrator from ME1 and ME2. I just finished Thessia and aside for a few minor gripes, I am really enjoying it. Even if the WORST. POSSIBLE. ENDING. is as bad as they say, at least I can say I played a game that I enjoyed most of.

I've been playing Brutal Legend lately. I got the game on Steam 2 years ago but never really got that far in before forgetting about it. Recently reinstalled it and have been enjoying the fuck out of it.
Glad to meet someone else who actually enjoyed Brutal Legend. A lot of people act like because that game had some flaws, it's not good.

Games that I play for short sessions or for multiplayer:
League of Legends
Starcraft 2 (my friends and I are probably the only people who still play it who are bad at the game)
Super Smash Bros. 3DS

Longer Games
ME Trilogy
Pokemon X/Y
Diablo 3
XCOM: Enemy Unknown
You're not alone on SC2. I'm bloated ass at the game but I enjoy trying to outrush my bud who has played SC since the start. He's a Zerg guy so for every Gateway I make, HE has 20 Zerglings, a Hive, a Lair, and whatever the hell else he wants or needs to just establish map control. Then he waits, the kind friend he is, until I have my Dark Templars, Stalkers, and a few other things I think will help. I've been playing for a few months and still don't know all the Units nor have I finished the story for either WoL or HotS. So yeah, SC2 is hard.

Right now I've been playing Wolfenstein: The New Order and Civilization: Beyond Earth.

Wolfenstein is fantastic. Wish I'd bought it sooner. Just simple, mindless, nazi killing. I like the perk system, I enjoy dual-wielding assault rifles, and I love the robot-nazis. Easily worth the fifty bucks I paid.

Beyond Earth is pretty fun. Not game of the year, but it does change a lot from Civ 5. The Aliens are strange creatures, which aren't always hostile. The path system is nice. It's pretty much just a Civ game on a new planet.

Stage battles take a while to get used to but otherwise it's a great game.

And a lot more people think that because it sneaked in RTS elements, it was awful. I had to warm up to it at first, but it was alright, because if your dudes - "units" sounds too serious of a choice of words for this game - screw up or start falling like flies, you could jump in, sort things out until the next ally wave, and then try again. All that aside though, it was one of my favorite Freeroam games when I wasn't feeling the gloom and doom of GTA IV.

Also, it had the best soundtrack this side of Guitar Hero 1 and 2. So there's that.

Right now, I'm back on Borderlands 2 trying to get Legendaries because I just want a freckin' Norfleet already.
Also, picking up X-Com: Enemy Unknown again because it was free at a time with PS+ and I thought, "Meh, why not?" and now I am quite hooked.
After a year and then some of DotA 2, I've decided to give the opposition a try and have been playing League of Legends and Strife; can't say either will take as much out of me as DotA 2, but I'm enjoying Jax and Vermillion respectively to each game.
Just finished Arkham Asylum; loved it, wish more actiony, stealthy, beat-'em-ups were like it and PLUS, I'm legitimately looking for the Riddler Trophies and Puzzles
Arkham City is nearly beat but I am rapidly losing interest in it and just want to do the Side Missions and will probably just restart the game to do them all properly. Though, I think going to a more open world with more Freeroam was a great choice.
So yeah, that's about it.

ignoring my massive backlog of 'haven't finished' or 'replaying because its fun' :3

Primary: Xenoblade Chronicles on Wii... friends gave me a Wii because i babysat their dog for a week and this model didn't have hookups for the old controllers... so woo!! for me as i'd been wanting to play this game since it got imported as i'm a crazy Xenogears and Xenosaga fan and its shiny... i'm giggling at the fact EVERYONE on Bionis has a british accent, especially the Homs with their sorta-cockney, and the High Entian who apparently speak "all posh and proper" (seriously that has to be one of my favorite lines XD) as i'm an extreme OG Xenogears/saga fan i can't help but finding odd little details that could be call-backs or me just being OCD and dreaming (though i swear, the first time i saw Sharla i screamed 'Mhing Hawwe? is that you?! Version 3 KOS-MOS?!' o,O) ... plus Dickson (Ha! his name...) is totally a rip on Sigaurd from XG... BELLYTOP!! ANYONE!! :D so yea... so while i've yet to have super-uber-mecha-brawls i am totally diggin' this game... like a 120+hrs in and i feel like i haven't even hit the half-way point... though that could just be because i'm doing all the weird little side quests and dicking around... but for a game that's a few years old and on a lowres plateform... LOVIN' IT!! :D who says everything has to be shiny HD bs... here's an old school style game with decent graphics, beautiful landscapes, creative monster and EVERYTHING designs... and its lowres... still beautiful with an excellent story... THIS IS WHY I LOVE XENO-SERIES!! :D

also... FUCK YOU XENO-SERIES!! ALL THE FEELS!! and that thing about having to blow up the first place you start off in after getting to know everyone... and no that isn't really a spoiler: Lohan, Woglinde, Colony 9 -.- Xeno-series... we know how to make you cry, kick you in the balls, and pick you back off and send your ass on an 'adventure' to save the world...

Secondary: Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel... normally i play Borderlands games as the Siren class, partly because its usually the only chick but mostly because of FIRE!! ON!! EVERYTHING!! XD i'm digging this one because its the first time i've felt compelled to play a male character (<3 you Wilhelm~) i dunno why, but of the options between Athena and Nisha i just went 'meh' and picked Wilhelm... must because he's a badass... and ROBOT-PUNCH!! :D best thing to be put in this game since Maya's fiery orb of DOOM!! XD plus i love his attitude of 'giveing no fucks' it really speaks to me and is hilarious... though i will say that i'm also surprised there's been a few events in it that have even made me uncomfortable, and if my mini-rant above didn't say it, if a game makes you feel things, its a good thing!! even if those feels are terrible... though i'm not playing this nearly as much as the above since its A. a shorter game B. not as serious C. ROBOT-PUNCH!! and D. primarily for co-op with my bro (whose a fragtrap... of course) i have still been greatly enjoying it...

*sips tea* man, isn't this nice, just sitting around... talking... about games~ :D

Been doing Legend of Grimrock 2. It's a fantastic game if you're in the need for a good RPG dungeon crawl.

Well I was playing Alien: Isolation and Dragon's Dogma: DA in harmony.

Then, everything changed when the Bayonetta 2 nation attacked...

Natural Doctrine. I'm at the point where I'm confident enough to say I've got how the game plays now so its infamous difficulty is being tamed.

Don't Starve
Finally got to winter 20 days in. However it turns out that food doesn't grow in the winter so I was quickly starving. Thankfully I also forgot to make a hat and coat so freezing to death mercifully saved me from starving.

I love this game.
Man, I really love that game. Sadly I still haven't managed to reach winter. Curse you Bunnymen!

I see many people are playing Civ 5, that means I should work on getting that pronto.I never played a civ game, only Revolution for ps3(Don't hurt me...) and ever since, I wanted to play a mainline Civ game. My only fear is if this laptop could run it(integrated graphics). I could always go for 4 or 3.

Right now, I'm trying to balance MGS4, PixelJunk Shooter, Borderlands 2, and Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes.

Don't get me wrong. The Stage Battles could have been implemented far, far better and some of them are quite difficult(the first one with the drowning doom after the time skip was a tough one for me) but I still enjoyed the hell out of the game.
