Shows that need to be brought back:

Dead Like Me

Arrested Development

Any of the good Star Trek series- Voyager, Deep Space Nine, or Next Generation.

Batman the Animated Series

Pinky and the Brain

Batman Beyond

The Tick

Frasier

Everybody loves Raymond

There's so many others, but this list is shows that I either own or DVR, which means that in spite of being a rerun, I still enjoy the show. That says alot about a show, if you can still enjoy episodes you've seen twenty times already.

More importantly, this list of shows, is theoretically possible to bring back. The cast, writers, and stories would be possible for a network to bring back. In example, M*A*S*H was a great show, but the cast is either dead or too old, the writers are dead or too old, and the stories would be out of date. The list above, suffers from none of those issues. ( With one exception, the great Peter Boyle is dead, and certainly Everybody Loves Raymond wouldn't be the same, but I think it's still worth a try.)

Samurai Jack.

or just Genndy Tartatovsky! I want him to do something again. Anything the guy did was fantastic. He had a superb sense of style, action and absurd humor, not to mention a unique art style that stood out from the other stuff out there. I would gladly take more.

Where he always shown brilliance was his ability to convey emotions and story- even humor with LITTLE to NO DIALOGUE. Made me realize how it can get in the way sometimes. He had a very emotive, simplistic art style that made it possible, though

You know what? Nothing. Most of the shows that I really liked that are not on the air resolved rather nicely. The only one I feel that could have used more time would not really work if they started doing new episodes now.

Undergrads and Clone High. Will never happen, but both are extremely funny.

Undergrads, in particular, has some hilarious gaming moments, like when they play Risk, or when the Star Trek nerds challenge Gimpy to a battle in Quake, all the while making many Star Wars references. :D

Firefly and Dark Angel stand out pretty starkly against the backdrop. Samurai Jack is a good choice too.

Enterprise, I didn't really care for it when it was new (nor did I have the time to watch it) but the series started to get decent during the last season.

Tremors, because only thirteen episodes is nothing less than a crime against humanity. Plus there's always room for more Burt Gummer in the world.

I'm also tempted to say Invader Zim, but if it ever did come back, I doubt Jhonen Vasquez would have anything to do with it. That would of course lead to it being nothing but a pile of soulless, corporate trash :p

Scrubs pre season 9. the ending to season 8 was so perfect, then they ruined it with season 9, just go back to the old hospital with the old characters and it would be great, instead we have one of the worst sitcoms i have ever seen

I don't think it was even that good, I just want to have the choice to watch it again.
Might still be around though, we got rid of Sky a few months ago so ITV 4 is a pretty exotic channel for me.

Samurai Jack! Oh, how I miss him...
I'd also like to say Sponebob Squarepants. And I mean the old shows. The ones with good writing, and humor directed at every age group.

That show we have on air now...it isn't Spongebob anymore.

OT: Arrested Development and I wish Toonami actually finished Rurouni Kenshin instead of just ending it after the Shishio arc.
All I have to say to your ideas is this... yes. yes! YES!

However, alot of these i just have no faith in studios to do a good job, but if all of these are made, there's a chance that at least a few of them will be good. I can't think of any more to add, but trust me, you all summed up my dream list quite nicely.
