The one mentioned in Extra Credits in regard to video games as art.
A big fuss was made about in in late 2010, then it all just went quiet. What happened about that case? I'm in the UK and it's never been an issue here. I was just curious.

They are still deciding. Court cases take a very long time to finish.

Expect an answer sometime this year.

My money is that games will be catagorised as a cutural medium, just as books, films and other art. Because, they all had there share of flak, just a matter of time.
