Brink. Was poorly optimized for my laptop and was thus a glitch-fest, then when I finally got a desktop it has really bad gameplay.

Fallout: New Vegas. Thing was broken from the very first time I started it up.
For me NV didn't get bugg until I tried to enter the strip. 50 hours not a freeze, bug , or glitch but afterward, Jesus H God Dancing Christ the bugs.
For me, I had sound issues right away (about half the time, there would be NO sound upon starting the game, requiring me to keep restarting until there was sound.)

I had occasional freezes during the first 50 hours, but boy howdy, did that game become unplayable after that. I finished in about 70-75 hours, and for the last 15 hours or so, the game was literally freezing every 15-20 minutes. Didn't do nearly as much as I wanted to because I reached a point where I just wanted to finish the game and be done with it.

I put about 100 into it the second time (very recently on the 360), but again, I didn't quite get around to everything because after around 70 hours, the freezes came too frequently for me to tolerate it much longer.

Final Fantasy 14.

well, the closed beta at least (which opened a few weeks before the actual launch).

I tried so hard to like the game.....but SE was having NONE of that.
Yep.

Did a little beta, and decided to preorder the Collector's Edition... notice I said "little beta". Although the miqo'te played a huge part of securing my initial interest. :3

Anyhoo, I pick up a lot of CE's (not recently due to the floundering economy and my subsequent unemployed-edness), hardly any of them big winners; Warhammer Online, Age of Conan, Tabula Rasa, Hellgate: London, among others... but FFXIV? That's the only CE in my library that I'm actually embarrassed to admit having. The catgirls just lessen the blow.

I think im the only person ever to have played a zero bugged copy of NV. Or is everyone being overly dramatic saying its "broken and unplayable"? Ph well, maybe im just lucky.

OT: I would say Fable 3. I like the game alot but the king part at the end wasnt what i expected nor lived up to what i thought it would be. You would think after Fable 1 and 2 i would have learnt my lesson. lol

Also Twisted Metal Black, completed it a few times. No endings. Took it back, got it replaced. Still no endings. Turned out all the character endings were cut out of the UK version. So disappointed.

Fallout: New Vegas. I expected glitchy, but gorram downright unplayable was something I didn't expect. I might as well have waited a while and got it a wee bit cheaper.
Same here. I expected it to be a mess but it was a mess and broken. I can handle weird glitches in a big open world but the constant crashing killed that game.
If we had waited for the big patch that was supposed to fix everything, we would've gotten it for $20 instead of $60. I'm never buying another Bethesda game at launch ever again.
