So what's the story behind your username/avatar?

My old username was unique, The Telemarketer, but I realized that most places don't allow that many characters so I stole mine from an animation. The guy who made it has changed hosts so now its FD God but there is an old unmodded version with the original name and icon. Not very original but at least the sponsor doesn't exist anymore so I'm not liable to anything.

As for mine... Nerexor has been my go-to name for online and gaming for years and years now. Just a nonsense word I picked because I thought it sounded cool, though apparently I'm the only one who thinks it's pronounced a certain way... (Nair-ex-or, not Nerr-ex-or. And emphasis on the first syllable.)

My avatar is Himura Kenshin in assassin mode, in the middle of his fight with Saito Hajime. It's one of my favorite fight scenes in all of anime[footnote]though Sword of the Stranger's final fight scene has replaced it as my all time favorite. Seriously, so good[/footnote], from one of my favorite shows in general.

I do kind of want to switch to Aang in the avatar state though. So if anyone else asks I can say my avatar is the avatar in the avatar state.

Well, my username is just something that I came up with.(originally for my Xbox Live Gamertag)
I thought to myself, what would be a rememberable, nice sounding and somewhat unique name that starts with the letter V (because my name starts with a V and I like to connect myself to my username somehow). And my avatar is just my Xbox Live avatar because I wanted one that I was mine but I didn't feel like making one. Now that I think of it, I might make a custom avatar soon. My avatar is a picture of me drunk at a pub I use to live near with some mates, in the background is one of my best mates. If I recall it's the night we caught up with a friend of mine who was home from the defence force, in fact I believe it is the last night I saw him before he left for Afghanistan,[footnote]He's still alive by the way, the wording sounds like he isn't but I can't think of a way to reword the sentence to still make sense. He left for deployment and before he got home I moved away and we now live on opposite sides of the country so we haven't seen each other since.[/footnote] I have since left that town.

It started as my silly display name for Counter-Strike Source, but it was so popular amongst my friends that I began to keep it as my username for most everything, only adding 42 at the end to represent the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything. Chances are, if you see ShinobiJedi42 on Steam, PSN, Twitter, or any other number of places, it's most likely me.

Spock is my favorite fictional character, but while I tend to think logically, I also let my emotions run rampant so I am much like the mirror version of Spock. Oh, and I have a goatee.

My name actually came from my father.

A long while back, he created an Xbox LIVE profile and wanted to be Deckard as he loves Blade Runner. He obviously couldn't get it, so we modified it a few times and finally wound up with Mr Deckard.

Then when making a profile here, I couldn't really think of anything so I went with this.
