So what's the story behind your username/avatar?

Nothing special. At the same time as I was setting up this account I was playing Castlevania: Symphony of the night and I couldn't think up of any other username at the time. The numbers on the end are my date of birth: I was born on the 11th January 1989. My avatar is my favourite actor, Vincent D'Onofrio. I would change my username to something more feminine, as most people mistake me for a guy with this username, but I can't think of one.

Well. My old username, and my most common is RetroVortex.

I changed my moniker to Mr. GameBrain for a while, because I was going to start my own videogame blog.

But I couldn't really get into it at the time.
The avatar was made by someone I knew in the Telltale forum. A brilliant artist.

I just didn't bother to change back here. (didn't really need to since I was inactive here till recently)

I still want to do something video game related. But I don't really have the resources and personal manpower to do it at the moment. (which sucks really... )

my username originated from my love of pokemon. I thought that the pokemon "Dialga" was awesome, and when registering on some website or other, stuck for a name, i used it as my username. Unfortunately, that name was already taken and the "username suggestions" presented me with a list of prefixes, one of which was "Golden". Eventually, the username evolved into "GoldenDragon", because Dialga is a dragon, and dragons are cool. I threw a "14" in there because its my favourite number and hey, why not! And thus, my username was born!

Honestly, I can't remember why I chose the name "Sevvrim." I just started using it a couple months ago, and since then I've adopted it as my online identity. I've had others in the past, but I think this one is gonna stick.

As for my avatar...my current obsession is Guild Wars 2, more specifically the Sylvari. So, there's that.

My name came from my first time playing WoW. I tried to spell Saruman, failed horribly, but I liked the name I had anyway. So I kept it.

My name came from my love for Transformers and with Transformers Animated having come out at the time, I loved Blitzwing in that so decided to create a name using the first part of his name and my favourite alt-mode of his (a tank). The Baron part... I think it came from me thinking that my username was too short and that I loved the title "Baron" since it seems quite menacing and evil, so I just went with it and adding a "von" to the middle because I thought it sounded a lot better.

My avatar often changes but right now it's the opening punch between Augus and Asura on the moon in probably one of my favourite games ever, Asura's Wrath.

Username: Finally get all the things I need for Xbox Live. Making a new account, when it dawns on me, I have no idea what the hell to make my username. Whatever I would make myself would make me sound douchey, or just plain stupid. So I got the thing to generate a username for me. ToastiestZombie was the first one I got, and the rest is history...

Avatar: Get an ereader, decide to put a few MLP fanfics on it to check out the well known ones. Get into Fallout: Equestria, and relate to the main character Littlepip. The rest is history...

Deimos Masque came from an old game of the Sailor Moon RP i played in when I was 19. He was an original character that was the "Knight of Mars." Deimos being one of the moons of the planet Mars. And I was all gothy back then so I had to use "Masque" instead of "Mask" to be all goth and stuff. 12 years later I've just never had to figure out a new iteration of my name because it's uniqueness so I use it for everything.

Hell my photography studio is called Deimos Masque Studios.

My avatar is my designed business logo and watermark for my studio and was designed by my lovely lady who I've been with for 8 years now, so it isn't changing anytime soon either.

The username I have is an obscure Star Wars reference, its Madalorian for Janjo Fett's brother. The name Janjotat was given to an Arc trooper when he became the first clone trooper to use the force. For the life of me I can't remember the book it was from.

And Band of Brothers is one of my favorite shows, though I will change it soonish
