So when it comes to moral choices, are you good or evil?

Though I do enjoy moral choices in gaming, the system is very corrupt. You must either be completely good or completely evil, as for some reason you can't just take the middle ground, AKA be a proper human being, because the middle ground has so many disadvantages and is never as beneficial as being pure good or evil. So that leaves you with 2 choices: either be a saintlike being who makes Jesus look like the Devil himself; or be a kitty killing, baby pinching kleptomaniac.

So, do you tend to be good or evil? Myself, I tend to be pure evil because for some reason you have to be an absolute unreal wuss to be good. C'mon, who wouldn't headbutt a krogan that was slagging you off, eye-to-eye?

I'm good...

Which translates to, I'm too much of a pussy to be evil.

I'm pretty much always good. Unless it's a realllllly awesome item I get to be evil, and by the rest of teh choices I can regain my goodness

but then again...it's so easy when your evil. I mean the devil tips his hat to you and everything

Unless i'm trying to get achievements like that "paramour" one that requires you to be nice to your team mate in order to sex her up, I usually am evil.

85% Good
15% Evil

The fifteen percent is when it's in my best interest (I.E way more experience, exclusive item etc.)

It depends on my mood. I will play most games both ways, good and evil, at some point, but it mostly depends on my mood at the time and a little bit on what game I'm playing. Take Fallout 3, I prefer playing as an evil character in that game. Its just more fun.

I'm the goodcharacter, because I'm a better person than responding to every negative stimulus with violence.

/turning your subtle insult back on itself

Oddly enough, I was trying to be genuinely good in Oblivion. Then an errant fireball KINDA hit one of the quest NPCs... after they killed the baddie... and so he kinda started to go after me... and I kinda sorta killed him.

So I went all out bloodythirsty homocidal maniac out of spite. :p

Generally evil. I'm a good person in real life, screw being in a fantasy world where you can ALSO be a good person.

Edit: Make a poll.

In the more in depth role playing games im usually

True Neutral
or
Chaotic Neutral

so in most other games im pretty balanced between good and evil which kinds sucks to be honest

the only game that ive played that has moral choices would be Fallout 3. and my kharma meter would always be super holy angel. i always do the good deed. but i did feel kinda bad for helping those slavers at the lincon memorial burn a bunch of old lincon related stuff.

When I'm not able (or by bad mechanics forced to not) choose a middle ground, with slight tendencies to evil, I tend to complete evil - my characters tend to be "What-ever-Works"-types of girls, and the "direct" or "dedicated" route is, by most games, regarded evil, for threatening people, or just walk over the corpses of people who stand in the way.

Almost always good. Usually I'll play as evil if there are achievements for it, but otherwise no.

I tend to think I'm a good guy then end up getting the "Evil" ending, he said, glancing nervously at Devil Survivor.
I think it has something to do with the fact my personality is more Chaotic Neutral than anything else, my vision of "Good" and "evil" is all messed up.

That's exactly what happened to me in Fable, after killing everyone in the town I realized there is'nt a consequence as long you keep applying for communtiy service

I wouldn't know. I really haven't played one long enough to go down a single path. In Fallout 3 I was all three because it would save me a heck of trouble to get all the achievements at once by just quick saving/reloading.
