So when it comes to moral choices, are you good or evil?

I'm unequivocally good (despite the content of some of my last posts). I know this because of the way people walk all over me. In real life. It really sucks. I do wish I could be evil, but I do know that there is a reason to be good, and I'll be laughing at the people who wronged me as they burn in hell.

Um, yeah. Good.

It is just waaaaaaaay too much fun being evil, I'm sorry. Give me a weapon that can kill anything and I'm afraid of what I might do with it.

it's 50/50 for me.

I do what I feel is the best situation for me in the game. I will kill you for more xp basically, unless you give out more xp later if I save you. I end up with a evil ending but I will do the good options for the ladies... except for Bastilla, it's hilarious to be a jackass to her.

I only felt guilty when I tried to burn the suicidal tree in Fallout 3, it was too evil for me... the guy who killed everyone in megaton before nuking it for teh sweet lootz!

It depends, in my opinion Mass Effect was the only game to do a moral choice system well. The little sisters were visceral and shocking in a way but the FNVP has no real character, it doesn't really define him in anyway other than the Messiah and the Incarnation of Evil.

That aside I am generally good.

With the exception of in Mass Effect in which I tend to be a asshole with good intentions, as in I'm often rude and sarcastic but when push comes to shove I'm a good guy. Sometimes I'm a pragmatist, putting reason before honor etc. But in Mass Effect being good at all times seems dull and pansy, while being evil at all times seems stupid, which I why I am in the middle.

Considering how much I enjoy slapping the ever-loving crap out of the imps in Dungeon Keepers 1 & 2, I'm evil. Still, if a game obviously offers me a diverging story-line, I'll almost always play them both out, unless the Good-Two-Shoes story-line is full of rainbows and hugs.

The spoiler is work-safe, but contains some coarse language.

I am almost always evil. I just have the need to kill, pillage, and rape. Of course, if I did that in real life, then I wouldn't be here today. So, I have to do it in a game. And it's more fun than helping out.

Usually good, when I am evil its the kind where I try to have manipulate characters to give me the best out come. Not that bullshit evil where you try to "destroy the forces of good" just because someone has to.

I take pride in my good characters, but for the sake of discovering all aspects of a game, I play through a second time as evil (usually slaughtering the NPCs that piss me off the first time through).

I actually try to make an interesting character. I either am ruthless at start and later find some sort of morality- start as a slaver in Fallout 3, and end by slaughtering paradise falls guards and freeing the slaves.

Or, I start out good and become ruthless and corrupt- start off giving money to beggars, slowly start doing more greedy things until I'm killing old ladies for cash.

Usually good, but make some choices that some would frown upon now and then, such as
In Mass Effect: I decided to shoot a scientist who was working with Saren on Virmire because she thought the pay was good, but in the attack tried to escape because she didn't want to become like her predecessor. I have no tolerance for that sort of thing and my character makes the choices I would.

I play through conveniance, typically if I have two choices and the answer really doesn't matter, I go with good. The short term rewards for being an asshole in a videogame do not corrolate well with the long term rewards you'd get for being one in real life.

Being good in most games typcally means more allies, cheaper prices, and hidden bonuses when evil usually means sizeable boost in cash or experience that when viewd on a whole is actually not all that grande.

I do what is most efficient.

Depends on the game.

BioShock: I had to be good, because there is just no compelling reason to be evil. Im playing the evil way through the second game now, and I dont like it too much.

Im generally evil in games, because most of the people I have a choice to help/kill are obnoxious jerks.

For example, I could not kill people fast enough in Fable.
