I recommend the PSP version, if only for the fact that you can directly control your party members. That way you don't have to worry about them running on auto-pilot, casting useless spells that never work and end up getting you killed(I'm looking at you Mitsuru).
You also get the added story content with the female protagonist, who is far more likable than the original protagonist.
It would be awesome if they one day made a version that had everything from both versions of the game in it.
