I don't want to try a put together a competitive team so I'll just pick some favourites.

It's not at all balanced and I'm pretty sure they all fall in the RU/UU tier.

Absol is really the only one who is no doubt my favourite of that generation, all the others have multiple Pokemon I enjoy.

Heracross and Toxicroak are both amazing on my OU team.

This could be hard... I want a Ralts and a gulpin.

I would just end up using some of my favorites from each gen, not caring about balance or anything. Thankfully my faves are at least somewhat competitively viable individually. Though if I actually went online with this team I'd be stuck in Ubers thanks to Rayquaza, so I'd probably stick with in-game.

I don't play Pokemon competitively. In fact, I haven't played a Pokemon game since Ruby. I simply don't have the time to invest in the new generations and 1-3 provide enough entertainment for me. I MIGHT pick up Fire Red/Leaf Green and Heart Gold/Soul Silver at some point, but a new region, new moves and everything aren't appealing to me.
